The moment Mandy and Nathan entered their own room, Nathan locked Mandy in a tight embrace. He put his chin against her forehead, taking in her fragrance that he was so in love with.

"Nathan," Mandy said in a gentle voice.

"What is it, babe?" Nathan responded in a low voice.

Mandy grabbed Nathan's strong hands before she decided to say anything. It intrigued Nathan, almost making him nervous. "Why did you give Adrian a watermelon head?" she asked, turning around and looking Nathan tenderly in the eyes.

"What? I thought you wanted it that way? I vividly remember you telling me that if you ever have a son, he would have a watermelon head until he goes to high school!" A trace of nostalgia was evident in his voice. As warm, golden light filled the whole room, the atmosphere morphed into something tempting and irresistible. The two of them felt something drifting in the air, transporting them back to three years ago.

At that time, Mandy had been pregnant for five months.
