Mandy went straight to bed. It was scorching outside. They barely had any time to take a nap in the afternoon. Since now they had an opportunity to do so, they grabbed it with both hands.

The sunlight penetrated through the curtain aperture and was reflected onto the ceiling. It appeared as if a golden light was pouring down from the roof. Nathan's dark eyes were fixated on Mandy's beautiful smile.

Mandy closed her eyes and playfully said, "This feels exactly like the time I got pregnant three years ago when we slept together."

Nathan patted her back as if she were a baby. "Yes, it feels exactly like that time. Now go to sleep."

Grinning from ear to ear, Mandy lay down in his arms, her mind free of any troublesome thought.

Suddenly, Nathan pinched her chin and kissed her gently. "After I recover, I'll take you somewhere. You must be wondering why I took a fancy to you at that moment. In a few days, you'll know why."

Hearing these words, Mandy opened her eyes and stared at him in awe. Nathan's beautiful face wore a serious expression. He didn't seem to be kidding at all.

"No, Nathan. We are fine. It's all over. You don't have to mention it again and, neither will I," Mandy said.

Eve led the group initially. Jennifer and Bonnie had earlier agreed to trail behind Eve. After all, she was the most influential person among them.

Fifteen minutes later, all three yachts were back on the shore. Wearing her silk scarf again, Eve raised her sharp chin and chuckled. "Bonnie, you lost. You've got to swim naked now."

Jennifer put on her flip flops and lay down on the beach chair. She teased, "Hurry up!"

Bonnie didn't seem embarrassed. "Okay, I'll go. Watch me!"

As soon as she finished speaking, she took off her bikini and jumped into the sea like a mermaid. Her long, fair legs trod the water in a relaxed manner. She did a few laps before returning to the beach. She put on her bikini and lay down on another chair.

"Bonnie, you seem to be in a good mood. Tell us what has pleased you." Eve and Bonnie had known each other for more than twenty years. One glance at Bonnie, and she knew what she was thinking.

Eve knew Bonnie quite well, and Bonnie knew her. They both had this habit of fighting for something that didn't belong to them. They loved to acquire something that legally wasn't theirs.
