"Get out!" Mandy pushed Nathan with all of her strength.

But he continued to stand there. In fact, he refused to leave, especially with Mandy in this state.

"You're not going to leave? Fine. I'll go." She gritted her teeth and was about to walk away when he quickly held her back.

"As long as I don't want you to go, you won't be able to leave this villa."

A creepy smile slid onto her lips. "Is my presence really that meaningful to you? I don't love you anymore, Nathan, not since three years ago."

"And even if you don't, you still couldn't leave."

"You're a scumbag from head to toe! If you love Sharon so much, then go get Jennifer! She looks exactly like Sharon, so go and find her!" she yelled at him. However, as she was doing so, Mandy felt a sharp twisting sensation on her lower abdomen. She cringed, holding onto her stomach.

Nathan furrowed his eyebrows when Mandy paled. The fury in his eyes was long gone. Instead, anxiety blanketed his expression.

"What's wrong?" He became restless at the sight of sweat beading down her forehead.

Nathan didn't waste any time to call their private doctor.

"No... I don't need you to worry about me. It's not like I'll die," she murmured discontentedly as she went over to sit down on the cushions. She was suffering from dysmenorrhea all over again.

After a while, John arrived at the villa, holding a bag of medical supplies and medications in his hand.

In the master bedroom, Mandy was curled up on the bed while Nathan was anxiously looking down at her. Her eyes were red-rimmed as she shivered under the covers.

"Are you really going to glare at me this whole time?" he asked helplessly as he flicked a strand of her hair behind her ear. "You're already sick."

"Even if Dr. Chen sends the medicine here, I won't take it. I'd rather die than have your baby," she snapped, sneering at him.

"It's okay if you don't want a baby, but you still have to cure your dysmenorrhea." Nathan crossed his arms.

"I would rather die in pain than take medicine," Mandy said coldly.

"Don't be so stubborn!" Nathan threw his arms up in the air. How could this woman be so unreasonable? He wanted to treat her illness for her own good, so why was she being so ridiculous?
