"Silly girl." Simon squinted as a smile slid onto his lips.

That night was definitely an eventful one for the couple, but as soon as the lights were turned off, Nacy fell back into Simon's arms.

The next day, the stream of light shot through the window. Mandy groaned as she twisted under the sheets. She slowly rubbed her eyes, and subconsciously reached for the person beside her. When a burst of heat greeted her palm, she knew that Nathan had just left the villa.

The more she thought about it, the more she remembered what happened last night. Her cheeks flushed. He had definitely kept her up all night. In fact, they had probably only fallen asleep at daybreak.

Mandy sat up and stretched her arms, feeling the pain in her lower abdomen. Without another word, she put on her pajamas and hurried into the bathroom.

She had already quit her job at the foundation and her music school. Now, she didn't know what to do. She didn't like living a life without a job or without something that kept her going.

Although many people might envy her relaxing life, she couldn't help but feel a sense of unfamiliarity upon living it. When she went downstairs, Lillian was wiping her piano in the living room.

"Madame, breakfast is ready," Lillian called, lowering the cloth.

"Thank you, Lillian," Mandy said with a gentle smile.

"My lady, are you bored? Do you want me to go shopping with you?" she asked expectantly.

Mandy shook her head slowly. "There's no need. I'll be heading off somewhere today."

"Are you going to see Mr. Jin?" Lillian asked.

"No, I'm not." She smiled gently, finishing up her breakfast.

Mandy wanted to go to the Summer Villa to look in on her daughter Lisa. Ever since she heard the news that Colin had been taken

th joy.

At the hospital

Morry was holding a book as she told different short stories to Colin. There was one sentence that Colin really enjoyed, which was, 'Everything lost would soon return just the way it was.'

Colin sighed. Would that ever happen in his life?

Morry was giving all of her emotions in reading the book, but Colin wasn't paying any attention to her. Instead, he couldn't help but let his thoughts wander back to Mandy.

As Colin closed his eyes, she closed the book. Morry thought that he had finally fallen asleep. She averted her gaze with a sigh.

'Colin, when will you forget about her?'

Women had a sixth sense when it came to love. In fact, she knew long ago that Mandy had never loved Colin, and she knew that he knew it as much as she did. However, since they were already married, Morry hadn't meddled in that matter. She had only hoped that Mandy wouldn't appear in their lives again.

But things did not happen as she wished.

A soft voice came from outside the ward. Lisa said, "Mom, he is here."

Mandy and Lisa entered the room hand in hand. Hearing his daughter's voice, Colin immediately sat up, ignoring his aching body.
