Chapter 535 Our Child

After a twelve-hour flight, Nathan, Mandy, and Colin finally arrived in Manhattan. Nathan had already contacted his lawyer there to help him with the divorce procedures, so everything proceeded as planned.

At No. 520, Haibin Road

When Mandy and Nathan stepped into the familiar villa once again, they felt different.

Mandy felt as if she had fallen right into the grasps of hell, while Nathan felt as if he had just gotten a treasure chest. While the one was devastated, the other was jumping with ecstasy.

As they didn't divorce three years ago, they were still husband and wife.

"Where's Adrian?" Mandy looked around the villa, furrowing her eyebrows when she couldn't see the little boy.

He shrugged indifferently. "He's with Nacy."

"Can I ask you a question then? You have to tell me the truth," she warned.

Although she might be disappointed with the answer she was going to hear, she couldn't handle not knowing the identity of Adrian's mother.

"Cut the crap. Just ask me." Nathan sat down with his arms encircled around her waist. A part of him knew what she was going to ask him, and it was time to tell her everything.

"Who's Adrian's mother?" she asked.

"Who do you think?" He turned around so that they could face each other.

"How would I know? It's your woman. I don't–"

Before she could finish speaking, Nathan leaned over and kissed her on the lips. His tongue darted across her lips.

Mandy angrily shoved him away. "Answer me!"

Although Adrian was an adorable kid, Mandy still couldn't picture the fact that Nathan had been with another woman. She was reluctant to be a step-mother.

"No. I want to see him now. Please," she said, pouting.

A smile inched into his lips. Nathan could already feel that the old Mandy was back. Without another word, he took her hand and walked outside.

The stars twinkled in the night sky.

Nathan and Mandy walked along the villas on Haibin Road. Looking around, she furrowed her eyebrows. "Why aren't you driving?"

"Nacy lives here." He stopped, pointing at the villa in front of him. "Right here."

Mandy held Nathan's arms and rang the doorbell.

In the living room, a happy couple and a handsome kid were playing a board game. One of the servants heard the doorbell and immediately rushed to open the door.
