Colin drove them back home.

The car ride was quick as he drove through the quiet street. In the back seat of the car, Mandy held Fiona close in her arms. Fiona shivered, leaning against her sister's chest, frightened by what had happened tonight.

"Why did you go to the bar?" she asked.

"I was having dinner with Tina and... Can you stop asking me about it?" Fiona reddened in humiliation as she lowered her head.

After all, Colin was still present. She could tell Mandy absolutely everything, but she still treated him like an outsider. Since the matter was related to her best friend, it was better that she didn't say anything bad about her.

Mandy gritted her teeth, frustrated. "You of all people should know how important this is! Why didn't you tell me? Is it because of Tina? I've warned you again and again to stay away from her, so why didn't you listen to me?"

"It's not her fault," Fiona insisted.

Mandy turned bright red in anger. "When will you wake up from that gullibility of yours?"

In order to rescue Fiona, Mandy had to sacrifice herself. She was incredibly annoyed that she couldn't figure out how she was going to explain to Colin that she was divorcing him. And now, Fiona had done nothing but fuel her anger.

Colin glanced at the two sisters from his rearview mirror. Finally, they reached the villa.

"We're home now, Mand. Don't blame Nana anymore. What's done is done. Besides, it's all over now." He smiled gently.

Mandy hesitated, biting her lip. She might as well talk about the divorce tomorrow morning. Sh

Drugged one night by her ex-boyfriend, a mysterious man took advantage of her in an ecstatic night filled with sex.

To take her revenge, she married the man, and used him.

"As long as I'm alive, I'm still his legal wife, while all of you are just his mistresses."

She remained adamant even when he was involved in scandals with other women.

Eventually she stormed off after she learned that he had betrayed her again. But life brought her back to him a few years later, to his astonishment.

fice your own happiness because of me."

With tears in her eyes, Mandy avoided her gaze. "Forget it, Nana. Once I go back, we may all live peacefully."

Fiona felt as if her voice was stuck in her throat as she widened her eyes.

"And Colin? Does he know about it?"

Mandy smiled bitterly. "He'll know tomorrow."

Fiona cried. "I'm sorry, Sis. It's my fault. I shouldn't have gone to that place with Tina," she said repeatedly, however, her apologies fell on deaf ears.

Mandy lapsed into silence. Maybe it was fate. Maybe she had no other choice but to return to him after all.

In a hotel

On a king sized bed, a man was lying right beside Tina.

The driver ran his fingers around her soft waist. The alcohol running through their veins had made them even more stimulated as their sweaty bodies intertwined together.

"It was so dangerous," she whispered excitedly, licking his earlobe.

"I don't know how the secret got out, but luckily, you were able to find a scapegoat." He restlessly explored her slender body.
