Chapter 482 Please Me

"You said I asked someone to do it? Do you have any evidence? You can't just accuse me, you know?" Nathan gazed affectionately at the woman in front of him. He chuckled, shaking his head.

"You're an asshole! Are you a man or not? Kidnapping children is despicable, even from the likes of you!" Mandy snapped. If looks could kill, Nathan would've already fallen ten feet under. She clenched her fists.

"How about kidnapping you then?" Nathan was still quite calm. He looked at her indifferently as if he were just partaking in a business deal, which pissed her off.

Mandy glared at him. "I'm telling you, I already called the police, and they're on their way. You better let her go."

"Really? You wouldn't have come here if you called the police. I'm not stupid." Nathan snorted. "And from the looks of it, I bet you didn't even tell Colin."

Mandy shivered. His words were like fish bones being forced down her throat. She spluttered in outrage. "We can discuss this the easy way or the hard way."

Nathan sneered. They hadn't seen each other for three years, and from the looks of it, Mandy truly had changed. The woman who was as obstinate as a rock now knew how to change the situation in her favor.

"Please me." There was a sudden change in Mandy's face.

He released his hold. Mandy stumbled backwards in relief, however, as his words echoed in her ears, her heart pounded in anxiety.

Please him?

Mandy was silent for a few seconds before she spoke up, "I think we need to change the deal." She raised her head.

"I'm not here to bargain." His voice was as cold

was here, Nathan wouldn't let her go. He just wanted to hear Mandy beg him.

He had already waited for three years. Nathan knew that he was wrong, but he had already admitted it! In fact, he even begged for her forgiveness. Why was she being so stubborn?

Putting on her clothes and high heels, she timidly followed him. He stopped her. "You look ugly. Go and wash your face."

Mandy touched her face, remembering how Nathan had also insulted her back in the banquet. Was she really that ugly? If she was, why did he keep on torturing her? Was it all for fun?

Mandy gazed at herself in the mirror. Her hair was a mess, and tear lines were staining her face. She looked disgusting. She quickly turned on the tap and washed her face.

Nathan took a deep breath, smelling Mandy's unique fragrance on his sleeve. It was as if his heart was being crushed all of a sudden. He had missed this for three years.

He missed how they had depended on each other and how much they had loved each other. Nathan would fight for that feeling again–no matter what.
