"Don't flatter yourself. I've already reported our divorce to the court." Hearing his voice, Mandy slammed her foot on the accelerator. She was now a hundred percent sure that Lisa was at his place.

"You want to divorce me? You'll regret it," Nathan said snidely, eyes glinting with mischief.

"If I don't divorce you, I'll regret it for the rest of my life." Mandy breathed heavily, anger evident in her gaze. She took a sharp turn. "Where's Lisa? Where did you take her?" "Lisa?

Who's she? Does she have anything to do with me?" Nathan said mockingly, pretending to know nothing of Mandy's adopted daughter.

If it were someone else, they would've believed Nathan's words, but Mandy was different. She knew for a fact that he wouldn't have called her if he hadn't gained the upper hand. Now, he did. He had Lisa.

"Don't play dumb," she snapped, glaring across the road. "If you touch a hair on her head, you'll regret it."

"Really? As they say, eggs can't break stones, honey." He smiled coldly.

"Who's to say I'm an egg? Don't be so short-sighted, Nathan."

"Short-sighted? All right. It doesn't matter. After all, my knowledge matches yours–just like how my dick matches you perfectly." He laughed.

Mandy gritted her teeth as she took another sharp left.

At his words, she wanted to explode in anger. The man was the most annoying person on the face of this earth!

"Is Lisa at your place or not? If not, then I won't come," she threatened.

Mandy knew that Nathan wouldn't have kidnapped her daughter if he hadn't wanted to see her. 'What a despicable man!' she thoug

g into her palms as she took a deep breath. Without another word, she rang the doorbell.

After five seconds, the door clicked open. With her eyes closed, Mandy entered the room.

Nathan was sitting by the bright window, enjoying his coffee. He crossed his legs and looked straight at Mandy's approaching figure.

"Did you miss me?" Nathan walked steadily towards her.

He reached out his right arm and held her waist tightly. Mandy struggled under his grip, wanting nothing more than to break free from his hold. After two failed attempts, she stopped moving.

"Where's Lisa? Where's my daughter? Tell me!"

"And why should I?" he asked indifferently.

"You do know that kidnapping someone is illegal, right?" she said, her voice as cold as ice.

"Then you should know I didn't kidnap her." Nathan gave a wolfish grin. He used his left hand to grab her chin, forcing her to look up at him.

"You may not be the one who committed the act, but you ordered someone to do it. Now, tell me, where the hell is she?" She gritted her teeth, glaring at him.
