Chapter 457 Time Flew

Name:Billionaire's Gift Author:Rabbit
Three years later, on a midsummer day

Lillian held little Adrian in her arms and fed him a bottle of milk. A sweet smile threaded across her lips. Adrian came to the villa around a year ago. No one knew of his origin, not even Lillian. Outsiders only knew him as Nathan's adopted child and nothing else.

However, just by observing the child's face, she couldn't help but feel that he wasn't adopted. His eyebrows and eyes were very similar to Nathan's. It was as if Adrian was Nathan's biological son.

"Lillian, I want to read story books," Adrian pleaded softly, eyes wide open. He looked like a miniature version of his father, but his personality was much softer and sweeter.

"I'll get one for you." Lillian stood up and fetched a story book for him.

Adrian was incredibly smart. Even at the age of three, he knew plenty of words. In fact, he already grew tired of reading children's fairy tales like "Grimm's Fairy Tales" and "Andersen's Fairy Tales." Now, he wanted to read more classical works.

Adrian grabbed the storybook from her hands and read through the pages carefully. Suddenly, the villa's door opened, and a man in a suit walked in. His leather shoes shone brightly under the artificial lights, and his suit was tailored exquisitely by one of the top designers.

"Father," Adrian exclaimed. He quickly dropped the book and rushed towards him.

Nathan squatted down and smiled. It was only with this little boy that he could show the slightest bit of affection.

"Have you been good today?" He picked his son up off the ground, swinging him around.

"I've finished all my homework, and I can recite the 'Disciple Gauge' now!" Adrian hugged Nathan's neck, beaming up at him.

"Good boy! How about reciting it to me now?" Nathan suggested. He had been working the entire day, and this was the only time he could feel at ease. He couldn't help but be relieved at the sight of his son's adorable face.

Lillian stared at the father-and-son duo with a smile. Although it had been a long time since Mandy's disappearance, L

about the Group except for the fact that nobody knew who the general manager was or what he looked like.

Mackie's concerts were incredibly popular. Just three months ago, the tickets for her concert in City A were already sold out within just 30 minutes after the pre-sale had begun. The CEO of the YC Group was a major sponsor for the event. It was said that all the proceeds of tickets would be donated to a charity of their choice.

"Nathan, Adrian, these are VIP tickets for Mackie's piano concert tomorrow night. All the seats I've bought are located in the front row. They're worth thousands of dollars. Should we go?" Eve suggested.

"Mackie? Is she the female pianist who always wears a mask while playing the piano?" Nathan asked, arching up an eyebrow.

"Yes. She's already been invited to be a judge of the 'Midsummer Night's Dream' piano competition. She has a remarkable reputation all around the world. In fact, I've heard that she actually comes from City A. She'll finally be holding her charity concert here."

Nathan took the tickets, analyzing the woman in the picture. She was wearing a lacy hat. The lace covered half of her face while it shadowed the other half, making it increasingly difficult to recognize her. She looked mysterious and beautiful. At the moment, he couldn't help but think of Mandy. 'Could this female pianist be her?'
