Chapter 403 Force Him Into Marriage

Name:Billionaire's Gift Author:Rabbit
"Mand, I heard that you are pregnant." Daisy giggled and placed her hand on Mandy's belly. On touching her small bump, Daisy's eyes filled with concern and love.

Mandy, on the other hand, turned her head sideways. She didn't expect that the news would spread so fast. 'Is it possible that Nathan told his parents about it?' she wondered.

"Yes," Mandy responded shyly.

"That's great. Come here, Nathan." As she finished her last word, she turned and glared at Nathan. Suddenly, her face contorted with anger. She was going to admonish Nathan.

Nathan, who was normally the boss, now stood in front of his mother like a pupil who had made a mistake. Moreover, he knew what his fault was. He understood his mother was angry because he had hidden Mandy's pregnancy from her.

"Tell me, when are you going to get married?" Daisy asked in a serious tone as she squinted her eyes.

"I don't have a plan yet," Nathan replied flatly, glancing at his mother, who looked very serious.

As soon as those words were out of Nathan's mouth, Mandy's heart thudded against her chest. He actually said he hadn't planned to marry her! Her face turned a little gloomy.

"According to the calendar, next Friday seems to be an auspicious day," Daisy suggested. She continued to glare at her son for being so irresponsible. He had gotten Mandy pregnant, and yet he didn't have a wedding day planned!

"But… This is my matter. I don't think there is any need to fix a day." Nathan hated it when his parents intervened in his life. After all, he wasn't a child anymore.

"How can you say that! If you had a plan, I wouldn't have had to intervene." As she listened to her son, anger oozed out of her body. She stood up, unable to sit still. However, she looked at Mandy and kept her anger in check. It wouldn't be appropriate to fight with her son in her presence.

It had never occurred to her that her son would be so irresponsible. He made a girl pregnant and then had the audacity to refuse to marry her! She felt like she had raised a bastard.

His father was different. He had treated her quite well. She only got pregnant after she got mar

started to doubt himself.

"Are you not? A man should take pride in making his love happy. The success you get from your career isn't enough to make you a successful man. Responsibility is more important when it comes to relationships," Jason said seriously.

"I know that."

"Then why can't you do it?"

"Give me some time."

"You were such a good boy when you were a child. Now you have transformed into a trouble maker!" Jason sighed. His son had inherited all kinds of shortcomings from him and Daisy. One was that he was too self-willed, and the other was that he was too stubborn.

"Dad, now you are being unfair. Can't you let me make my own choice?"

"Nathan, I know what is bothering you! But can't you just let her go?" Jason asked in a low voice and frowned.

After getting nothing but silence from Nathan, he continued, "It is better if the past remains in the past. Don't let it spoil your future." Nathan shook his head, but his mind had already wandered somewhere else.

If it were not for the appearance of Jennifer, Nathan would have happily owned Mandy. In fact, he would have proposed to marry her. But now, all he wanted to do was find out the truth!

"If you marry her, you will forget your past! Once you make this choice, you'll be responsible for her for the rest of your life. This is a good opportunity to start a good life," Jason advised, hoping to knock some sense into his son.
