Chapter 385 Keep The Feeling Of Love Secret

Name:Billionaire's Gift Author:Rabbit
"Thank you for your concern." Colin nodded respectfully at the Director.

"What's wrong with these young girls? The amount of self-respect they have–it just shows that they have no shame at all," Mr. Li scoffed, tossing a glare at Fiona.

He didn't like Bruce at all, so he regarded all his students as his enemies. The fact that Fiona topped her normal class and was, in fact, even superior to some of his students in the honors class boiled his blood even further.

"Mr. Li, they're young, and they make mistakes. I supposed you were once like that when you were young. Who wasn't? Besides, Nana just wrote a love letter. It is not as if she bombed the school." Mandy was furious as she said it, her blood already boiling at the director. She just couldn't watch her sister be unfairly humiliated in front of others, even if he was the director of the student affairs office!

"Being a graduate of this high school, you should also be aware of the rules. Puppy love is prohibited. Once caught, you can be expelled," he replied snidely.

"Puppy love would rely on Ethon actually reciprocating it. Right now, Mr. Lin, you have no evidence of it all. You're making a mountain out of a simple hump in the road," Mandy snapped.

"Well, as they say, we cut off the horns before they're fully grown. You should be her sister. Have you not taught her well enough?" Mr. Li put down the glass of water in his hand seriously and pounded his large hand on the desk.

The tension in the air was thick now.

"Sister," Fiona whispered, tugging Mandy's sleeves. Although she hated the director with a passion, she didn't want her sister picking a fight for her just because she'd been caugh

risk yourself if it wasn't her?" Ethon shook his head, a hint of a smile gracing his face.

"I'll talk to her though. Now that you have someone in your life, it is best if she doesn't pursue you," she continued.

"Well, the person I like is..." Ethon stopped himself before he could say that it was her, averting his gaze. "Never mind."

Fiona had waited, even held her breath at the confession only to be met with a change of heart.

She must be lucky then, and she couldn't help but think of the girl he liked. She must also be from another international school.

"Well... Class is about to begin." Fiona smiled, embarrassment coating her cheeks.

Ethon took one last look at her before turning away.

Ethon wasn't planning on confessing right before the college entrance examinations. Besides, even if he had, Tina was another problem that he had to face. Fiona was a loyal friend, and that he could see.

If he were to confess, Fiona would never date him if it meant hurting Tina. Due to that, he decided to stay silent.

Sometimes, if you really loved someone, that love could be shown through silence.
