Name:Billionaire's Gift Author:Rabbit
As expected, Nathan responded with silence. "You can leave now," he finally said, and his voice carried no emotion.

"No, I'm not going anywhere, Nathan. As you said, we are in it together. We will deal with everything together, no matter what happens. What happened now? Why do you want me to go away? This is about me, and you cannot chase me away." Mandy grasped her phone tighter when she heard Nathan's words. Her eyes were blazing with determination, and she was not ready to give up.

Mandy was doing it for two reasons: Firstly, she wanted to save Bruce. Secondly, she needed time to figure out what was going on. Mandy couldn't believe that Bruce was a bad guy.

"Is Nacy with you?" Nathan quickly changed the subject, and his tone was serene.

"Yes."

Nathan rolled his eyes, and a small smile tugged on the corner of his lips. He knew that his little sister was crazy about Bruce.

"Okay, come in." He turned around and walked towards the exit.

Nathan knew that escaping from reality was not the solution to the problem. He decided that it was time he told Mandy about his past, but part of him was scared of it. He was afraid of Mandy rejecting his proposal.

Moreover, the episode had revealed the biggest truth of his life. He finally understood who he was in love with. He realized that he was intensely and irrevocably in love with Mandy but had been oblivious to it all this time. During his breakup, Nathan was depressed and lonely. He had missed Mandy terribly. Every minute seemed like a year to him. He immersed his mind at work and started working overtime. But nothing would take Mandy off his mind–she had become a part of him, and he was incomplete without her.

Mandy's face seemed to relax after she hung up the call. She took a deep breath and finally said, "Nacy, your brother has agreed to let us in."

"Really? Sister-in-law, you are amazing!" Nacy squealed with excitement, tugging at Mandy's sleeve like a little child.

The men in black wanted to stop them at first, but they finally let them in w

book an appointment with a psychiatrist?" Nathan winced at Nacy's tone and lost his cool. He couldn't stand to see Nacy fighting with him, screaming at him like a Banshee for Bruce. Was he more important to her than Nathan was?

"You know what? You wouldn't be standing in front of me like this if I were insane," Nacy crossed her arms across her chest and said firmly.

"That's enough. You can't continue screaming at each other like this. This is not the time to quarrel." Mandy turned towards Nathan and arched an eyebrow. "Nathan, where is Bruce?" She clenched her fists and gritted her teeth as their quarrel had given her a headache. Her head was pounding as if someone was breaking her skull with a hammer.

"What did you intend to do?" Nathan looked at Mandy's serious posture but did not answer.

"Let me talk to him." Mandy pursed her lips and fluttered her long eyelashes.

Mandy thought that the secret was safe with her and Bruce. She was shocked when she found out that someone had taken photos of it, which meant that things were not as simple as she had thought them to be. Although Mandy brushed away the thought, she couldn't help but think that Eve was involved in the matter. It was perhaps a plan that had been plotted by Bruce and Eve.

"That's unnecessary." Nathan shrugged coldly. He didn't even want them to look at each other.
