When the car parked where Lena suspected was the back of the building she signaled for Clive and Romeo to stay inside the vehicle while she got out to head towards what she believed must've been the door. She didn't think that there was any reason to let Jovani know she was there, she figured that once she input the code that the security system would let him know that someone was getting ready to enter the building.

Even though there didn't seem to be anything to be worried about, that didn't stop her from touching where the breast pocket where her jacket was to make sure that her gun was still there. The fact that there was no one else around somehow also made her feel more on edge. She had expected that someone would've been assigned to meet her rather than for her to just invite herself inside.

The code for the door was an eight digit number which she presumed had some type of significance either to Jovani or Vedova Nera, what it was though she didn't know. Glancing down as she put the numbers in she double checked that everything looked correct before she pressed the button to confirm the code. A beep followed her action along with a large sound as though compressed air had just been released as the door unlocked itself.

She waited for a moment to make sure that nothing would happen before she indicated that it was safe for Clive and Romeo to follow her. Her father would've probably been displeased if he knew that she was the one to go forward first rather than either of the other two, but she was focused on doing everything in a way that was most comfortable to her. Once they were both with the princess however, they flanked her to make sure that she would be protected as they entered the building as they weren't sure what to expect.

They had hardly stepped through the door before another beep sounded and the automatic lights turned on lighting up the place rather brightly. The sudden shift caused Clive's automatic reflexes to kick in and he had to stop himself from grabbing his gun out of his holster in a protective reflexive reaction to the unexpected noise. To their right Lena noticed that there was a coffee table that had a bowl with a note in it.

Stepping over, she grabbed the piece of paper that was rather thick compared to what she had expected. Unfolding it she found that there were four different pieces of paper folded up inside. Looking at the first page she read what it said carefully.

"Congratulations! If you are reading this note that means you've made it to the starting point of this game. I understand that this might not have been what you were expecting, but considering the ball is in my court- I thought that we should go with something a little more fun than a traditional meeting exchange style setup." Lena felt her annoyance build as she read the note, she wasn't here to play so game no matter what the circumstances were!

"Relax while you read this. I can assure you that I made the instructions as clear as I possible could based upon the most likely scenarios ahead of us meeting. See below for the next set of instructions." Looking below this text Lena saw three different numbers each with a different set of instructions which read as such.

1. If the princess is alone, skip to page two and proceed.

2. If the princess has brought one guard with her, skip to page three and proceed.

3. If the princess has little trust and determined to bring two guards with her, skip to page four and proceed.

Since she was impatient and didn't have time to read through each page, she skipped to the fourth one as Clive and Romeo read over her shoulder. Even if Samuel was perfectly safe and fine when she got to him, she might just kill Jovani anyways after all the annoyance and problems he was causing her.

The next set of instructions weren't much better and she didn't like it one bit that he was using this as an advantage to toy with her and technically the rest of her family through his actions.

"If you're reading this then I take it to mean you brought two of your trusted men with you. Pity, I had hoped that the two of us would just be able to meet alone and settle things. None the less- we shall have the game begin."

"All three of you will have a different set of directions to follow if you want to proceed forward. It wouldn't be very fair to have you all work together so instead, you will have different tasks within the building to complete." He intended to have them split up and on their own no matter whether she brought someone with her or not.

"This is only the initial instructions, each one of you can find the next in the room that I assign you to head towards. Don't worry too much though, you can still be in contact with each other if you brought phones with you. Although I will say no contact from the outside can be initiated while you're here."

"To make the directions easier, I gave each player a role as well. The princess will be the presumed queen, the right hand man will be the bishop, and the second will be the knight. The bishop's direction is to head to the left but consider which door is best to enter, there are three rooms. For the Knight, it's to the right and pay attention to the amount of steps you take if you want to find the clue you're looking for." The next set of directions went further down to which explained the rules for the queen.

"The queen is free to move however she likes. She can chose to move independent of the other two pieces, go with one of them or chose her own right. Her directions regardless of how she moves is to meet me first before the other two tasks are complete. Use your best judgement to determine where I might be or what direction to take to reach the route the fastest. I have high expectations for you so I expect that two hours would be more than enough time to do all of this. I'll be waiting~" Lena sighed as she read the last part.
