50 Your First Mission!

"Big brother, why are you so distracted?"

"huh?" Bai Sheng snapped out of his daze and looked down at his sister.

"See, you're doing it again" Angel pouted.

Bai Sheng patted the girl's head "Do you know where Anna is?"

Angel stared at her brother's expression, a surprised look appeared on her face.

"What?" Bai Sheng felt like she was staring into his soul, it was so uncomfortable.

"Do you.....by chance, like Anna?"

Bai Sheng coughed awkwardly and turned his head away from his sister's questioning eyes.

"Why would you think that?" Bai Sheng fixed his uniform.

"I'll go and change" Angel stared at her brother who was literary running away from her. 'He didn't deny it...' she smiled and followed behind him.

"Biiiig brother! do you like her?"

Bai Sheng increased his pace when he heard her loud voice.

The next morning was pretty normal. Although Anna knew she could leave whenever she wanted to, she still wanted to stay on the island for a bit. Although she was the head, since she wasn't planning on leaving, she would have to do missions like Eve explained.

Eve had called her for a mission today, it felt so unreal to her.

Anna entered Eve's tent for the first time today, she was surprised to see that both Amber and Anna were already there.

"Are you girls ready?" Eve said bringing out 3 brown files from her drawer.

The trio nodded and sat down in front of Eve hardly concealing their excitement.

"Angel....your first mission is to....show the general around the island"

Angel's jaw dropped "What!?....why?, I thought you were going to send me outside the island to fought bad guys or arrest drug dealers....this...this is just too easy!. It is like you just gave me a vacation because I'll be spending the whole day with my brother!"

Listening to Angel's complaints, Eve's expression didn't change one bit. Once she was sure the girl had finished talking.

She turned to look at Amber. "Amber, code name Black, am I right?" Amber nodded.

Anna and Amber had already decided their code names a while back.

"Black....you will have to go to an orphanage in City S and be on guard there. There was a tip about a terrorist attack so you have to be on high alert"

Amber nodded "Yes ma'am I will do my best.

Angel stared at Eve angrily "Oh come on.....I could totally do that!"

Eve looked at Angel with a surprised expression "You're still here?"

Angel pouted and left the tent. She'll show them! she will do her mission so well they will be begging her to stop!

"And as for you Anna, code name Spark?....why Spark?"

Anna smiled at Eve's question "Because that is the nickname Ms Kim gave to me and also, because I am special Eve"

Eve nodded satisfied with her answer.

"Your first mission....." Eve went through the file and sighed...it seemed they were all getting missions related to their families.

"There's a wanted psychopath phedophile, he has been going from city to city ruining young girl's lives by dating them and them raping them and leaving them with irreversible traumas....."

Anna stared at the man's picture in disgust.

"His name is Jackson Filler and we have been searching for him for quite sometime now. We have finally spotted where he is hiding but we need to lure him out without alerting him. He is an expert at escaping if I might add"

Anna nodded "So you want me to lure him?.....As in, seduce him?"

Anna stared at the face of the man, despite it having a few scars he was still quite good looking. But thinking back to the things he had done she wasn't really sure if she won't just kill him on the spot.

"You can't kill him...we need him alive which is why we need you to gain his trust"

Anna didn't know why, she felt that it was a very hard task, this man was an expert at escaping. What if she wasn't good enough for this mission? what if she disappointed Eve?

Eve noticed the girl's hesitation and sighed. She wasn't planning to resort to this but now that the girl was doubling herself...

"These are the names of his victims." Eve handed over a list to Anna, she stared at the names. There were 54 names on that list but the only one that caught her attention was that one name she knew very well

"I'll do it!"

Sholana Gregory?. How dare that bastard. Anna was very close to Shola, and the though of her going through something like that made her furious.

"That is good, but do not let your anger get in the way of your mission" Eve reminded.

Anna took a deep breath and nodded. Of course she wouldn't. All she wanted to do now was to drag that idiot here and beat the hell out of him!

Amber stared at the file in her hand and sighed 'Dreams orphanage' that was where she grew up.....these people....really know how to choose a first mission.

Anna and Amber both left the tent together but soon went their separate ways. Anna though, suddenly wished that she was given Angel's mission instead.

She saw Bai Sheng from afar although he didn't spot her.

Thinking back on how she hugged him that day, Anna's face flushed and she quickly got the boat that was waiting for her.

'When I'm back Bai Sheng..." 'I'll use the art of seduction on you for sure! '

Anna didn't want to say the last part out loud but she was sure of one thing. She wanted Bai Sheng to feel the same way about her....he had to!
