16 Where is Bai Sheng?

"mm" Anna groaned and immediately covered her ears, she had never heard an alarm so loud before in her life

'Are they trying to kill us?'

The alarm kept ringing and to her surprise, she was the only person in the room that had that reaction.

"Don't worry, you will get used to it after a while" Chesa comforted with a slight smile on her face. Anna was momentarily dazed, the woman's hair was a mess but it didn't hide that cuteness she had, her eyes weren't fully open yet making her look like an anime character.

"Hey!, what are you staring at?, get on your chair or else you'll miss breakfast!"

"Huh?" Anna was still confused when she felt herself floating.

Chesa skillfully put her on the wheel chair and pushed her out of the room, fast!

They first got into the bathroom and Anna thanked God that Chesa actually gave her privacy.

After carefully picking an outfit for her, Chesa resumed with her nannying and pushed Anna all the way to the dining room.

Chesa said that if they came any later, the doors to the dining room would close and wouldn't open till after breakfast!

Anna finally understood why everyone were in such a hurry.

"Oh!, Little Anna!" Mason yelled waving like she was far away

"Come, come sit with me" Mason was still busy waving when another voice tried to compete with him, it was Su Chen waving as well

Noticing the competition, every other guy kept trying to call Anna over

"Little Anna, here!"

"No sit here, there's room! get off!"

"No you get off!"

Anna looked down, her face flushed, she didn't understand how things got to this. Chess rolled her eyes, she didn't budge. Waiting for Anna to make a choice.

"Chesa, I'll take it from here" Li Chen said as he held the wheel chair while smiling at Anna.

Anna breathed a sigh of relief, finally! it was over.

"Thank you" Anna said sincerely.

Efya stared daggers at Anna, she was the person who normally sat next to Li Chen every single day, not even his own brother!

Now she was being ignored, Li Chen didn't even speak to her this morning.

Efya clenched her fists, she really wanted to make that girl suffer.

Su Chen rolled his eyes, his brother was making his feelings so obvious!

"Hey Anna, do you like my brother?"

"*coughs violently* Li Chen immediately choked, what was wrong with his stupid brother?

"Erm.....yes, he is a very good friend"

"Pft! Hahahaha! " Su Chen didn't have to look at his brother's face to see his expression, he could almost imagine how dark it was.

Li Chen felt like he had been stabbed, friends?, he has always had girls drooling over him, asking to be has girlfriend but now he had actually been friend zoned?

"Su Chen eat your food and stop talking!"

Li Chen said with a gloomy expression, he couldn't stand anymore of his brother's teasing.

Anna who was oblivious of what was going on between the brothers, was still worried about Bai Sheng, he did say he would see her later but she still hasn't seen him since yesterday.

"Li Chen?"

"hmm?" a sudden excitement suddenly rose up within him, is she going to ask me out?.....wait what?!!

"Where is Bai Sheng?"

"...." of course she's asking me about that!

"Oh, Bai Sheng?"

Anna nodded, she was beginning to get worried about him, she didn't know how it started because she had only know him for more than a week but, she suddenly felt so attached to him.

"He....eh? I don't think I've seen him since yesterday....I thought you knew where he was?"

"I don't " Anna suddenly had a bad feeling, he looked nervous when he left yesterday, is someone blackmailing him?.....where's is my imagination running to?

Anna fought the urge to slap her own face.

Li Chen's brows furrowed, this was so unlike Bai Sheng. He world never leave base without informing anyone, this was a first.

"I have an idea " Li Chen stared at everyone, their attention was already on him.

"Come with me, Both of you" Li Chen called Su Chen and Anna, they both followed behind him out of the dining room.

"Why did you call us out?"

"Incase of any classified info, we don't know who the spy is yet so wehave to be careful" Li Chen said still walking forward.

They soon reached a huge garden, Anna had not been to this part of base before. Ahead of them was a house, it wasn't that big, it looked more like a cottage.

"Where is this?" Anna asked looking curiously at the house.

"This is Bai Sheng's.....well dorm room I guess" Su Chen tried to explain

Anna nodded, if she knew this place existed, she would have come here to look for him.

"If Bai Sheng is in, then we don't have to worry, but if he isn't.....something is definitely wrong"

Li Chen knocked twice on the door and soon it flung open.

A woman was standing there just staring at them, her beauty was mesmerizing and her eyes shone the moment she saw the twins.

Anna didn't know why she felt uneasy seeing this pretty woman here, opening the door of Bai Sheng's house.

Does it mean she's his...

"Sis Sholana!" Su Chen immediately hugged her, Sholana smiled brightly and hugged him back.

She hasn't even known the guy for that long, he was just so clingy.

"Why are you here?, is Ella here?, is brother Mu here?"

"I don't know, yes and no" Sholana answered before fixing her gaze on Anna.

"Hi, you must be Anna, Bai Sheng has told me alot about you"

Anna stared at Shola's out stretched hand and forced a smile.

'Bai Sheng?, why was she calling him so intimately?' Anna didn't know why she felt so annoyed at the thought that Bai Sheng actually had a girlfriend, and a very beautiful one at that!

"It's nice to meet you" Anna forced out.
