Qin Nanyu’s handsome face was covered with a layer of frost. His eyes were cold, and his whole body exuded a terrifying chill. “Me.”

He had not expected to see Qin Min and Ji Ningyan fight.

Qin Min was so angry that she almost vomited blood. “Who are you? What does my daughter and I have to do with you? Who asked you to meddle in other people’s business?”

Daughter?

Qin Nanyu coldly shook off Qin min’s hand. It was rare to see such a cruel mother. Those who didn’t know would think she and Ji Ningyan were enemies.

He didn’t say anything. He turned his gaze towards Ningyan, then walked over to her side and asked coldly, “How are you? Are you alright?”

Ji Ningyan returned to her senses, then looked at him in disbelief. “Why did you come up here? Didn’t I tell you to wait downstairs?”

She was still grateful to Qin Nanyu.

Qin Min was different.

“Ji Ningyan, don’t try to use those excuses to fool me. You have to go back to the private room!” Qin Min grabbed Ji Ningyan’s hand without any explanation. By the looks of it, she wanted to drag her back forcefully.

Qin Nanyu’s handsome face turned cold. He stood in front of Ji Ningyan and said coldly, “What is mother-in-law trying to do?”

Naturally, he addressed her as mother-in-law for the sake of Ji Ningyan.

However, Qin Min did not buy it. She felt the word ‘mother-in-law’ was very harsh on her ears. “Shut up. Who’s your mother-in-law? ”

Ji Ningyan looked at Qin Nanyu’s tall figure. She stuck her head out from behind him and said solemnly, “Mom, you can choose not to acknowledge this son-in-law, but it’s a fact that I’m married to him.”

“Ji Ningyan …” Qin Min wanted nothing more than to pounce and stuff Ji Ningyan’s mouth with something.

“I know you don’t want to see me now, mother. Fine, I won’t make you angry. I’ll leave now.” As Ji Ningyan spoke, she tugged at Qin Nanyu’s sleeve, indicating that they should leave together.

She even dared to find a stranger to marry her. Did she lack the courage to go against Qin Min?

She held Qin Nanyu’s hand and said with determination, “Let’s go!”

For a moment, Qin Min seemed to hear the sound of herself being slapped in the face. She shouted angrily behind her, “Ji Ningyan, if you take a single step out of this hotel, then your father and I will pretend that we never had a daughter like you!”
