Chapter 50：I Love You

She smile before she replied. "I am going to open my own resort, flower shop and restaurant later, so I decide to have my own source for it."

"You really have a different thoughts than other people I meet. It's very rare for a girl like you who wants to start from the bottom up." he smile looking at the girl in front of him.

From the look she might have same age with his second daughter. He glad that someone as young like her has a great thinking.

"I am not from a rich family, so that's why I decided to start from the bottom. I happen to love nature, so I will treasure it properly."

They going back to the main city after 5 PM and arrive at her house around 9 PM. It is quite late and she tired from the long journey.

She decide to take shower and go to bed. In the middle of night, she heard her phone ringing. Without she noticed it, she pick up the phone.

"Hm?"

"You're asleep?" a man voice ask through her phone.

"Mhm."

"Did I wake you up?"

"Mm."

"..."

A soft snoring could be hear from the other side. They keep silent for a long time. After 15 minute he said again.

"I miss you Rin. I really mean it." his soft voice make Hai Rin more and more in deep of her dream. A dream where she and Richard happily holding hands walking on the beach and sometimes they both kissing each other. And that man ask her whether she missed him. She smile and replied.

"Hm. I miss you too. I love you."

He silent again. But not long after he continue "Good night, my dear."

Before he ended the call. His heart race faster. His mind blank for a moment.

While Hai Rin was deep in her dream. Her beautiful dream.

The next day she didn't check her call log from the phone. She keeps busy with her project. She hired a bunch of worker from the Qinglong town to work at her farm and she also met with a few contractor regarding to rebuild the farm according to her plan.

She keeps busy for about a month without proper rest. Andy Lu also worn out helping her settling a few legal matter in a law firm. Getting a license and request for an inspection from the bureau like an ordinary people really tiresome.

He had gotten used to dealing with higher people without need to waiting and applying using a form, suddenly Hai Rin ask him not to contact those people because she want to keep a low profile without anyone in the city know who she really are.

It'll be troublesome if anyone from the city know that she is currently one of billionaire wife.

When he already settle his part, he rushing back to Qinglong city to fetch her up from the farm.

On the way home, she still look at his laptop, designing her interior mini resort that she planned to open in her farm. All the cost that she already used is nearly reach 2.5 million.

All of the seed she used is export from another country and city. She chose the best seed to make sure the result will be encouraging in the future.

"Rin, did you call Richard in this one month?" he ask reminding her.

"He might be worried about you. If you have time just call him telling that you're doing fine."

She pause her work. "Don't you report me to him daily?"

"Yes, reporting about you is my duty. But you as his wife also need to call him informing him how you doing and all." actually he feel weird when Richard just follow up about her through him.

"I'll call him when I have time later."

When they arrive home, they had dinner with her grandmother and mother. Suddenly her phone rang.

She pick up her call and walk out from the dining table to the outside.

"Hello?"

"How are you?"

Hearing his voice make her heart start to pumping harder.

"Uh.. I..I'm okay. How about you?" she stutter a little.

"Good."

"Err. Why did you call me?" she ask

"Why? I can't call you?"

"Eh, no. I mean, you busy aren't you."

"I'm not busy today."

"Oh? Okay.."

"Miss me?"

"Why would I?"

'of course I miss you dummy!'

He sigh.

"I miss you. The last time I said it, you were half asleep. So I believe that you didn't remember what you said to me last time."

Her heart skip a beat. Her face turn red. 'is he joking? But..'

"What did I said last time?"

"Hmm. You said.. you.. like me."

She gasp. 'Uh'oh.. I said that?'

"Err. That's all?"

"I mean, of course I like you. You treat me well, so I had no reason to hate you after all."

"Hmm. Then, I like you too."

She gasp again. This time her heart flutter even more.

'Don't Rin! Don't! Didn't I already decide to put a line between us?'

"Err. Thanks?" she lost her word.

"It's getting late at your place, right? Go and sleep. I'll see you in 5 months."

"Mm. Okay."

Before she could ended the call, he said again. With a husky and low voice.

"Rin.. I think I might have a same feeling as you."

"Huh?"

"I'll discuss it with you later when I get back."

"Ah..okay. Good night then."

She look at her phone with a puzzle look.

'What does he means by the same feeling as me?'
