''Rip her apart!'' Sorcerer shouted, and waved his hand. The Ghouls roared before lunging forward. With their sharp claws, and pointy teeth, they looked more like monsters than humans.

''Haaaaaaaaa!'' Queen Eliza's sword slashed through the air, releasing an arc-shaped slash. However, as the sword cut through them, the ghouls didn't even flinch as they attacked her.

One of the ghouls pounded on her face with a scaly fist. Then, the second ghoul chewed a chunk off of Eliza's thigh.

''Aah!'' Queen Eliza screamed in shock, and slight fear. Then, a dozen hands grabbed her from her hair, waist, and legs. She felt several teeth digging into her flesh as the ghouls started chewing on her flesh.

The audience, and everyone from Four Seasons looked frightened at the sky. Most of them even turned away, not daring to look at the sight.

Gods, and Goddesses have seen scenes far more terrifying. However, even the scene made them frown.

''Eliza!'' Goddess Athena stood up from her chair, and covered her mouth.

''Eliza!'' Alice also shouted in her waiting room.

''How ruthless...'' Inside a medium-sized waiting room, Lady Noelle thought while feeling cold shudders. Next to her, Xerxus looked at the scene with a frown.

Everyone has suffered a death, in one way or another. However, none of them had gotten eaten alive. Even though many have fallen into the stomachs of some large beasts, they have immediately died after falling into their mouths.

However, Queen Eliza was now literally being eaten alive, slowly.

''Hands off me!'' Queen Eliza dropped her weapons, and tried to rip the ghouls away. However, their teeth were deeply stuck in her bones, and flesh. The blue blood stained her clothes, and everything around her.

''Hahahaha!'' Sorcerer's shout echoed in the dark swamp, ''Die, die... getting someone like Queen Eliza as my Ghoul is a dream come true!''

''DREAM ON!'' Queen Eliza smashed her forehead into the skull of one of the ghouls, breaking its skull, and brain. As soon as the brain exploded, the ghoul surprisingly died!

''Eh?'' Sorcerer felt that one of his ghouls was dying. If the ghoul dies, he wouldn't be able to use them anymore, and the player whose ghoul it was would be able to play again in their avatar.

'If I die here, it wouldn't be true death.' Queen Eliza thought while getting rid of the ghouls with her fists, 'However, if I get turned into a ghoul, I am not sure what will happen to me. As far as I know, if the avatar turned into a ghoul, I wouldn't be in control of it.'

'Thus, I wouldn't be able to play anymore...' Queen Eliza frowned, and didn't want that to happen. After smashing her fist into one of the ghouls, she finally managed to free herself. She quickly picked her shield, and sword from the ground.

The ghouls immediately ran after her with bloodied teeth.

'Their weakness is their brain!' This wasn't Queen Eliza's first time dealing with ghouls. They weren't rarity in World of White. However, this was first time seeing one of the players controlling them.

She raised her sword, and slashed it down, ''Haaaaaaaaaaaa!''

However, as soon as the sword was about to strike, the Ghouls disappeared into the dark portals.

''I can't allow you to kill my precious ghouls!'' Sorcerer's voice rang behind her. Immediately, she felt an hand touching her back, and her whole body froze.

''Ugh?!'' She couldn't breathe, move, or even turn her eyes!

''I will use your avatar well, no need to worry!'' Sorcerer's voice turned eerily cold. Then, his hand touched her nape. Her eyes lost it's light, and the vision grew dim as her soul got pushed out of her fleshy body.

Sorcerer grabbed the white floating ball which was Queen Eliza's soul.

Queen Eliza's body started to turn pale. Her eyes turned lifeless, the nails started growing, and the teeth became sharper. Her beautiful face turned hideous.

''This is my first Queen-titled Ghoul, nice!'' Sorcerer grinned, and waved his hand. The black void engulfed Queen Eliza's avatar. After the void disappeared, her avatar was nowhere to be seen.

The audience was quiet. No one clapped or moved.

Then, a voice echoed across the air, it belonged to Heimdall.

''Winner of the first match is Sorcerer!''

No one clapped.

''No...'' Goddess Athena touched her chest, and felt a stinging pain. Her legacy was still inside the avatar. However, it wasn't in control of her adopted daughter. Now, the ghoul avatar was like an empty shell.

Thump... The swamp forest started disappearing. It sank into the ground as the cobblestone ground reappeared alongside Heimdall. Sorcerer had already left the arena, and returned to his living quarters.

''The first match has concluded. Let's start the second match!'' Without wasting a second, Heimdall announced the second match to start. There were 49 matches, and they would take several hours. And after those, there was still a second, and third round before nightfall.

''Eliza...'' Alice held her face with a saddened expression. She couldn't truly comprehend the meaning of ghouls. However, she had an idea, and it wasn't anything good.

Inside National TV's newsroom

They broadcasted the first match, and the three men, and one woman stood silently in their chairs. However, then the slick-haired man sighed, and said.

''The first match is over, and the end result is already a shocking.''

''That's right, I didn't expect Queen Eliza to lose, possibly the strongest Knight.''

The woman slammed her palm on the desk, shouting, ''Who can defeat someone like that? He summoned over a hundred zombies, and over a dozen ghouls!''

The rest turned silent. They also thought about if there was any possible way to defeat Sorcerer. There didn't seem to be any.

Inside a spacious room, Queen Eliza sat in her soft bed while trying the VR Helmet. However, she only received messages saying that she was logged in. Tears brimmed in her eyes.

''Mother?'' A knock resounded, and then the door was opened by an adorable-looking black-haired girl, ''I saw your fight. You were amazing!''

Queen Eliza wiped her tears, and smiled gently, ''Was I? But, I lost.''

''It wasn't fair fight!'' Her daughter jumped on her bad, and wrapped her slender arms around her waist, ''You had to fight over a hundred scary people. If it was only him, you would have beaten him with one punch!''

''Haha, is that so?'' Queen Eliza gently chuckled, and rubbed her daughter's soft hair, ''Hungry?''

''Little bit.''

''Your daddy should be home soon. I will make you two a dinner.''

''Yay!''
