Chapter 573 Supreme God

''Activate it.'' Goddess Selene said in her angelic voice while standing in a dimly lit room with three other heavenly beauties. They stood before an stone-framed portal.

Next to her, Artemis, Khione, and Hecate activated the portal.

The portal started activating. From the stone, a golden particles seeped out, and started connecting with other particles. Slowly, a swirling portal appeared.

The Four Goddesses stepped back, and stood silently as several silhouettes started stepping out of the portal.

''Hihihihi...'' A blur ran out of the portal, and slammed the doors open, revealing the Arena's golden hallways. The dimly lit room brightened significantly.

''God Mercury.'' Goddess Selene greeted the laughing speedster with a gentle smile.

''Selene, beautiful as ever.'' God Mercury leaned against the open doors. He was quite short, around 165cm in height, and wore white robes. His beautiful silvery hair coupled with his handsome face made him look rather pleasant.

His features resembled God Hermes' in several ways. That's because they were twin brothers. Sons of Zeus.

The tapping sound echoed in the hallways as more Gods, and Goddesses stepped out of the portal. They all had distinct features that made them stand out.

''Goddess Aphrodite, God Poseidon, Goddess Hera, God Apollo...'' Goddess Selene named all the Gods, and Goddesses while they walked past her, and entered the hallways. Over a hundred Gods, and Goddesses walked out of the portal.

''Selene!'' Then, God Zeus walked out of the portal, and laughed loudly.

''God Zeus.'' Goddess Selene bowed with a smile. Three other heavenly beauties also lowered their heads as a sign of respect, and loyalty.

God Zeus patted their shoulders as he walked into the hallways. Everyone that left the portal already entered their private viewing rooms. From there, they had a perfect view of the arena.

As soon as God Zeus left, the room turned eerily quiet. Two individuals stepped out of the portal, wearing all black.

''God Hades, and Goddess Persephone.'' They again nodded.

God Hades was an attractive middle-aged man with dark hair, and black robes. However, the dark energy he emitted made everyone think twice before talking to him. Next to him, was his wife, Goddess Persephone.

She wore an all-black dress with her long black hair flowing down her open back. Without a doubt, she was another heavenly beauty, but she looked like a goth with her black eyeliner.

After they left the room, the four Goddesses straightened their backs, thinking that it must have been everyone. However, again the portal whirled, and revealed another group of Gods.

A split second of surprise flashed in the Goddesses' eyes.

Odin, and Loki stepped out of the portal with grim visages. Behind them were several dozen other Norse Gods, silently following behind.

''God Odin, God Loki, God Baldur...'' After naming all the Gods, the Norse Gods walked past them without taking a single glance.

''I didn't expect them to come here...'' Goddess Artemis murmured, ''But, why isn't God Thor here? He always likes to see a good fight.''

''Not sure, but their faces looked grim...'' Goddess Hecate said with a frown.

''Hihihihi...'' Out of nowhere, another God stepped out of the portal amid laughter.

''T-That voice!'' The Goddesses turned to look at the God with faces of shock. Before them stood a bare-chested man with blue skin. His messy, long black hair flowed over his broad shoulders. From his neck, several pieces of jewelry hung, each showing special symbols.

The God of Destruction, and the Destroyer of Evil, God Shiva!

''G-God Shiva!'' The Four Goddesses knelt on the ground. They didn't kneel in the presence of the Supreme Gods Zeus, and Odin. However, in front of Shiva, they did!

The Goddesses didn't know why Shiva came here. He rarely stepped out of his own realm, never appearing in public. However, today, he came to watch a fight between mortals. They couldn't comprehend it!

God Shiva stepped past them. His footsteps echoed through the hallways, causing every God, and Goddesses in their own viewing rooms to turn their heads in the direction of the sound.

After sitting down on the comfy couch, God Zeus saw the entire arena in its full glory. The audience stands were already packed with excited-looking Inhumans. However, then he felt the strong presence.

''He is here...'' With pleasantly surprised face, he waved his hand, and the door to his room swung wide open. After waiting for a second, God Shiva stepped into his room with a distant smile.

''God Shiva, what a pleasant surprise!''

''Heh.'' God Shiva plopped down on the couch, crossing his legs while looking at the arena, ''Was it a surprise, though?''

God Zeus sneakily grinned, and turned to the arena, ''Perhaps.''

In the dimly lit room, the Goddesses finally managed to shrug off the shock they felt after seeing another Supreme God appear.

Tap, tap, tap.

However, as soon as they woke up from their stupor, another pair of footsteps came from the portal. As soon as the single leg stepped out of the portal, a warm shroud enveloped the entire room. Slowly, a man with golden hair appeared from the portal.

He wore an all-golden outfit with two weapons hanging from his waist. A golden scepter hung from his left-handed side, and Ankh hung from the right-handed side of his waist.

The Goddesses widened their eyes in shock.

God of the Sun, Ra!

Before God Zeus, he was the King of Deities, and the Father of all Creation. Before the time of Zeus, he was the King of God Realm. However, after growing older, he left that place vacant, and in the end, God Zeus managed to become the new King.

However, Ra's legend still lived strongly, and his image was engraved on almost every pillar found in the God Realm.

The Goddesses' mouths stayed open as God Ra walked past them. His aged eyes only looked forward. After the warmth arrived in the arena, everyone knew who it was that had arrived.

God Zeus, and Shiva glanced in the direction of the door. The warmth went past the door, and continued walking till it disappeared.

''To think that he came.'' God Shiva thought with a snort.

God Zeus looked seriously at the arena, ''Why did he come? I thought he enjoyed his retirement, and didn't bother about earthly matters.''

''This will be interesting...''
