Chapter 90 - Solution

Lisa tried to think of ways to salvage the situation of the company. No matter what she had to give answers to the shareholders.  Otherwise she would lose their confidence and even her post.

After pondering for a while, she called her brother, Liton.

"Hello" Liton said groggily. He was clearly annoyed for his sleep being interrupted.

"Wake up you lazy cat." Lisa said viciously. She had to wake up early in the morning. There was no way she would let Liton have his sweet dreams.

"What's wrong? Is there a earthquake? Is the world facing an apocalypse? " He replied annoyingly.

"Yes we are. Now stop sleeping and get your *** out of the bed." Lisa cursed.

"I don't care. Call me after the world is destroyed." Liton wanted to hang up the phone.

"Wait wait big brother. There is an emergency at the company. Please help me." Lisa pleaded.

Liton immediately sobered up. "What happened? Give me the details. "

Lisa told him everything in a nutshell. If the driver wasn't there, she would have told him about her suspicion about Ruhan too. But afterall he was Ahmed family's driver. So she didn't say anything sensitive to her brother.

Liton didn't speak up for a while . Then he finally spoke, "You already have a solution to the problem. So why are you hesitating? "

Lisa didn't speak anything. Her brother was right. She already had a solution in her mind. But she didn't dare to act rashly. She was....scared. She was afraid to take risks.

"Are you waiting for my approval? " Liton broke her silence.

"I....I don't want to take that risky approach. What if something happens?" Lisa said timidly.

"There is risk in every businesses. No risk no gain. You go and handle your company. I'll arrange everything. " Liton said seriously.

"Thank you brother...you are the best...mmmah" Lisa kissed the phone and hung up.

'This girl!!!!' Liton sighed helplessly.

Lisa tried really hard to reach her office on time but she was still 15minutes late.

She looked at her watch and cursed the traffic inwardly.

Then she pretended to be serious and entered into the conference room.

The shareholders were already waiting with a gloomy face.

"Look who is here!!! Isn't is Ms. Lisa Akhter, our honorable project manager? Thank you for honoring us with your presence." one of them clapped his hands and mocked her.

"Sorry sir...I sincerely apologise for being late". Lisa didn't give any excuse.  She knew it was useless.

"It doesn't matter if we had to wait. But we hope we didn't wait in vain." a kind looking uncle spoke softly but his words were really powerful.

"No....I can assure you that I will provide you with a reasonable explanation." Lisa spoke with confidence. Sometimes attitude spoke louder than words.

Seeing her confidence, one of the shareholders frowned. This was not the scenario he imagined. Lisa looked too relaxed.

He secretly texted his son, "That girl is here. Do what you want to do. I hope you won't disappoint me again."
