Chapter 181 We've Got A Problem On This Ship

"Ummm… Hello," I greeted her a little lamely, straightening out my skirt to cover myself.

Lisa was still twitching and moaning from her orgasm, either not realising or caring that the woman was no longer unconscious and watching us.

The woman stared at me, "Do you have a habit of having sex in an unconscious person's room?"

I didn't have anything to say to that.

Fortunately, I didn't have to as Lisa recovered at that moment to turn back to face us, "You know… Usually when someone's life is saved, they might say something like 'thank you, you saved my life, please let me be your personal cumdumpster for life to repay you' or something."

I did my very best not to groan at her words.

The woman stood from the bed, stumbling a little as she did so. She had to reach out and steady herself using the wall before looking up at me.

"My apologies… I was just surprised… My name is Sariena and I thank you for saving me."

I waved my hand at her, "It's no big deal, but could I ask what happened to you? We fished you up from the sea and you seem to be in bad shape…"

She grimaced, "I was at the wrong place at the wrong time… I overheard a pair of them talking about planning to do something to this ship before I was spotted and attacked. They then shot me with a bow and knocked me out and that's all I knew after that."

"Wow… Do you remember what they looked like then?" Lisa asked.

Sariena shook her head, "I was not in a position where I could see them and commit their faces to memory. This may be presumptuous of me, but could I ask you to help me?"

Lisa raised an eyebrow, "What do you want us to do?"

Sariena's demeanour suddenly changed as her face scrunched up in anger, "Is it possible for me to speak to the captain of this ship? I must let her know that she has traitors and saboteurs on her ship. I'll make them regret shooting me!"

I pursed my lips, "Umm… I think she already knows. I saw her catching a few people trying to sabotage the ship but they seem to be really tightlipped about their compatriots' identities."

"Tch, of course they would be, everyone sent here was prepared to die. But I must meet with the captain right now, everyone on this ship is in danger."

I shared a look with Lisa before turning back to her, "Could I ask what kind of danger we are in?"

"They're planning to blow up the ship and sink it, but I do not know when or where they are planting the bomb. I must meet the captain of the crew to ensure this doesn't happen at all…"

Ok, that sounds especially serious! I'm finally on my vacation with everyone and I even just secured my own supply of sweets! How dare these guys try to ruin it?!

"Did those people say where they were planting those bombs? We should go stop them right now!"

Sariena shook her head, "They caught me before that particular information was revealed to me… That's why I have to tell the captain so that she could tell her people to search for them. Are you able to help me meet her?"

I nodded, "I can lead you to her right now, follow me!"

She tried to take a step forward, only to fall down onto the ground on her face unceremoniously.

I rushed to her side and tried to help her up, "What's wrong?!"

"Ahhhh! My legs… I… I can't walk! My legs!" She cried out, looking down at her legs in horror. "I can't feel my legs!! They did something to me!"

Oh… I'm guessing that the arrow that she was shot with must have been coated with some poison as well to prevent her from seeking help. Either that or they did something to her legs while she was unconscious which would also explain why she was naked down there when we first saw her.

Guess there's no helping it, I'll have to carry her there.

I reached down to try to pick her up, only for her to start screaming when one of my hands tried to reach under her knees, "No, wait! Ahhhh! It hurts!! It hurts!!"

I immediately retracted my hands and looked down at her, "What's going on?"

She shook her head, "Ughh… I do not know for sure but do you think you can ask the captain to come here to meet me instead?"

I already know that Emilia had a very high chance of being in that dessert room so I could just head there directly and ask her myself.

Before I could leave, however, Lisa came forward and pulled out a satchel from god knows where, just to take out a small bottle of healing potion to hand it to Sariena.

"Here. This is a Greater grade potion, it should heal whatever it is that's hurting you."

Her eyes widened at the sight of the bottle and she quickly shook her head, "There's no way I can accept something like this! You have already saved my life! How could I take something more?!"

Lisa tilted her head, "But you have no qualms about making your saviour become your messenger huh?"

"That's… That's not what I intended," She sputtered, feeling a little embarrassed at having that pointed out.

Lisa turned to me, "You don't have to go, Aster. Just tell that Prifa maid to ask Emilia to come over, tell her we have some complaints and she will rush over before breakfast is even ready."

Oh yeah, I actually forgot about that. I should stop panicking I guess.

I nodded and went out of the room to ring the bell that would call for Prifa.

In less than a minute, there was already a knock on our door where I opened it to see Prifa standing on the other side.

She bowed, "Good morning honoured guest. Is there anything you require?"

"Umm… Yes. Could you call Emilia to come over? We have a complaint to make."

Upon hearing the word 'complaint', her body posture suddenly went rigid and her eyes went wide with fear.

"Is… Is something to your dissatisfaction, honoured guest? Was I not fast enough in responding to your calls?"

"What? No. It's not about you, just… It's a bit hard to explain so I think having Emilia here would be better."

She let out a sigh of relief and her shoulders visibly relaxed. Damn Emilia, you're really strict with your staff huh? I wonder what would actually happen to her if I did say that we had a problem with Prifa?

You know what? I actually don't want to know.

She bowed her head again, "Understood, honoured guest. I will inform the boss of your request. She will be here shortly."

Prifa then left and I closed the door intending to get back to see how Sariena was doing.

I was only halfway towards the door when another knock was heard.

Eh? Did Prifa forget something?

I turned back and opened the door again, only to see Emilia standing there with a worried look on her face.

How the hell did she reach here this fast?!

"La… Lady Aster? I heard there was something you were dissatisfied with? Could I know what it is? I will do my best to rectify it so there's no need to worry!" She practically pleaded.

Wow, why is she so desperate? Is she worried I'll leave her a one star review that would affect her business or something?

Then again… Considering who Mother was, I think that would be really possible.

Wait, is that why they have been so accommodating to us so far? Maybe she told her crew to stay out of my way which was also why no one tried to stop me that day when I was stalking… Err… I mean confronting Emilia about the sweets?

This makes so much more sense now.

I cleared my throat, "Ahem… Err… Yes, we have a little problem… I think you might want to see this."

Her face paled a little but she followed me into the suite wordlessly.

I brought her to the room Sariena was in and I found her back in bed with Lisa watching over her.

Sariena was understandably surprised to see me already back with Emilia but Lisa simply smiled at her like she had expected Emilia to turn up that quickly.

Emilia blinked at the woman, "Umm… Who is this, Lady Aster?"

I then proceeded to explain the events of our fishing activity and gave her a summary of what she had told us.

Sariena then went ahead to tell her side of the story about the bomb.

The colour returned to Emilia's face gradually like the threat of a bomb on her ship was less serious than us having a complaint about her service.

Emilia turned to Sariena, "Did you see what those people looked like?"

She shook her head, "I'm sorry but… You Nekomatas look similar to me so I have a hard time telling you all apart."

Emilia obviously took offence at that but chose not to comment on it.

"In that case, I will get my people to check the possible places they might target. Should I get you a spare room?"

Sariena frowned, "They seemed to have done something to my legs and I can't move or be moved without feeling immense pain…"

"Hmm… Does… Does Lady Aster mind her being here?"

I shrugged, "This wasn't my room to begin with but I guess I'm ok?"

"I apologise for the inconvenience, Lady Aster. I will make sure to make it up to you and thank you for letting me know about this."

She then left the room quickly, presumably to inform her people about the bomb.

Lisa then turned to me, "So… Since she's already seen us do it anyway… Want to go one more round with me, Aster?"

Lisaaaaaaaaaa…
