Chapter 15 - #16 The Sleeping Monster

Wake up, Vanessa. My name is Kris

You've been asleep for one year.

Your parents were so worried about you.

You have been hit by the Kryogremn bolt.

You have earned the power, the true power.

You are our 7th family member in this family.

All you have to do is wake up.

Wake up, Vanessa Skye

She wakes up. But she's in a dark room filled with nothing. She tries to make a sound but she can't talk. She tried to scream but still she can't hear anything. She then runs but she suddenly stopped because she can't also hear her footsteps. She thinks that she can't hear anything because she thinks that her ear is broken. But then Kris speaks to Vanessa again.

Power: Kryogremn

Last Seen: #13 killing good people

"Hello, Vanessa Skye. I've been waiting for you. For one year."

"Where am I?"

"You're in the Redead realm. In this place, you were actually reborn. In reality, you're dead."

"Does that mean that you're dead too?"

"No, silly. I'm actually here because of you. I saw the last thing you see before you die. Your bycicle. Your dad gave it to you when you're 10, right?"

"How did you know?"

"Every Kryogremn has the ability to see what human see in their timeline. Example: I'm watching what you're watching."

Vanessa then gets more confused from the Kryogremn.

"I don't understand."

Kris slaps her face

"I can see what you see in the past! Example:

You saw your sister sleeping when you sing her a lullaby, I goes to check the past and, I SEE you singing your sister a lullaby. Do you understand"

"No."

"Gaah!!! Errgh. I give up. Anyway, I'm here to revive you from reality. You should be thankful that you could see your parents again."

"Really?! Thank you so much!! I'm so happy for that."

Vanessa is so happy about that news that Kristen was about to destroy her happiness.

"On one condition..."

"Huh?"

"You do me a job and clean my toilet", Kristen with a >:3 face

"WHAT??! no way! Who am I, a janitor? But, if it's to see my family... and my SISTER again, then I'll do it."

"Hahahaha! Just-just kidding. Y-you should see the look on your face. Hahaha."

BONK!!!

Vanessa smacks Kristen's head leaving her to faint. She then rises back up again and she creates a teleporter. Kristen told Vanessa to go in the Portal.

"Aren't you Going, Kris?"

"No. I'll be waiting for you in real life. Good luck, Vanessa. If you want to activate your Kryogremn power, YOU SHOULD SAY THE MAGIC WORK."

Vanessa then goes to the portal while Kris there flies away real fast until she enters beyond the universe.

Multiverse, 42874 Plukasyum

(In this VH universe, Multiverse sets a different time from Earth to Beyond Universe. Plukasyum means Century. 100 x 42874 = 4,278,400 years. I know this is not necessary. But just in case if you wanted to know what year is it.)

One hour later....

Lenova, Howling Valley

Name: Ren Scottley

Age: 38

Power: SandBreaker

Birthdate: May, 3, 1970

"Cmon, Kris. Pick it up! Urgh."

Kris appears from the sky.

"Kris, thank God you're here. There are a bunch of Yakuza that tried to kill me. There too strong?"

"Aren't you enough powerful to defeat them yourself?"

"I know, but they have this girl who just have a very powerful strength. She said that her power is ZEN."

"Zen. Haven't seen someone use it in the past 6 months. Where are these bafoons?"

"They're at Hernin. They're doing a deal with a guy named Abraham Kirby. They said that they'll give Abraham gold if they tell them where my location are."

"Do you have some sort of relationship with this Abraham Kirby."

"Yes. He used to be my teacher. That doesn't matter. We need to stop all of them."

"Alright. You take the car I'll go through the fastest route. That is flying of course."

Kris then flies while Ren goes for his car. She flies super fast until Vanessa saw her. Vanessa screamed very loud until Kris cannot hear her. Kris doesn't know so she can't reach her anymore.

"Hey, girl. I got my man and my camera. Prepare to roll."

"Ugh. Darn it, Kris."

Kris then arrives at Hernin and she find Abraham Kirby getting tied by the Yakuza. Kris lands while she's getting face to face with the strongest Yakuza member.

Name: Shina Kanaro

Age: 19

Power: Zen

Birthdate: ------,-,1989

"Kristen. I've heard a lot of story about you. It is a honor to meet you. But unfortunately, we will have to fight for victory. And we all going to know who wins. It's-"

"Me."

Shina getting speechless

"I have a Kryogremn. It'll took lots of tries to beat me. I know I sound c.o.c.ky, but unfortunately, that Is true."

"Grrr. Zen!!:

Water appears on Shina's body creating a giant whirlpool. She then throws it to Kris but she missed. Kris then tries to punch her but when she does, Shina collapses like a water. Shina punches Kris's stomach and then she immediately goes back from his position. Kristen then gets mad so she creates diversion with a fake Kris at the same position when she's standing. She immediately teleport to Shina and tries to punch her, Shina then grabs Kristen's hand and throws her at the pillar.

"So, this is Kryogremn's power? How weak it is. Just look at you. You're hope decreases to zero hope. It won't just take high hopes to defeat a true warrior. It will took Skills, Speed, Stealth, and strength." Four S''s intensifies

"I use three of your S's."

"Hmm? And what will that be?"

"Stealth, Skill, and Speed. Look at behind you."

She looks behind and see the REAL Kris holding Abraham Kirby. She found out that Abraham Kirby was hurt so bad. Shina were so shocked that she also saw all of her ally are now dead.

"I-impossible. It was a fake Kris all the time. She said she know that she will win but she actually wins everything. This is impossible. She tries to be weak so I could focus a lot on hurting her. But it ends up with a diversion. How? Kris, how do you control two Kris at the same time?"

Kris gets confused....

"I don't get it. I never said it was a fake Kris. I didn't even say that I am Kris. Hehehe. I am Ren Scottley!"

The fake Kris then turned back into its original form, Ren. They all planned this from the start. Shina then admits defeat. But she then laugh like a menace.

"What's so funny, "Warrior"."

"I admit defeat. BUT, DOESN'T MEAN THAT HE ADMITS DEFEAT!!"

"huh?"

Ren got kicked by a random man came out from nowhere.

Name: Hanji Kanaro

Age: 21

Power: Ultimate Zen

Birthdate: ----,--,1987

"Sister Shina. You cannot fight. You are damaged. I will fight the rest. You rest in a safe place."

"Okay, brother Hanji."

"So, you tried to hurt my sister. I won't let you!"

Meanwhile at Hanfield

Alex is sitting there in Vanessa's house feeling sad about his friend's death. A man came for Alex Kirby.

"Hello, Ive heard that your name is Alex Kirby. My name is Agent Terry Johnson. Have you seen Vanessa Skye? Who am I kidding? You interviewed her. Where did she go?"

"She said she'll find her parents. While I'm sitting here being hopeless. I lost my friend though, the only friend that appreciates me."

"I'm sorry about your friend. Who did this? I bet it's that villain, Vanessa!"

"No. It's not her. She pushed me from my death. But she couldn't save my other friend. I'm so bad for him that I couldn't even say his name anymore."

"Finding her parents. She must be going to that Facility. Thank you for the information, Kid. America owes you."

Terry goes to his van and accelerates his vehicle to the facility. While he was going, Vanessa returns to her home. She saw Alex being sad all the time. Instead of finding her parents, she wanted to find Kris. But since she couldn't find her, she'd have to wait for another time.

"Alex Kirby, what are you doing in my house? You've been sitting there for approximately twenty minutes. Let me guess, your friend?"

"Yeah.", While Alex being sad.

"Come in my house. I can sense that your hungry. Hungry a lot. Where do you live by the way?"

"I live in Hernin. I used to live in New York with my Parents. But accident happens."

"Hmm. John Kirby. He died with her wife while she was stuck in a building full of fire. They throw you out of the house to save you. Yet, you were still small at that time. It's sad to lose your family like that. Probably, that's the pain you wouldn't want to feel."

Alex getting more and more confused about Vanessa, "W-w-wait, How do you know that? You weren't exist on that tragedy."

"Just like Kris said, You can see other people's past. That's how I know your past. Using my Kryogremn power."

"I have so many things to ask about you but I only needed one I guess."

"What's that?"

"Are you really a superhero just because you were hit by a lightning?"

"Yes. But she said that this lightning is an extraordinary lightning. She says that it's black. And one man also said that it took millions of possibilities to hit any land on earth."

"I slightly understand half of that explanation."

"That's because you're a child. Hehe."

"Hoi! You don't insult me just because you can say everything you want. I'm older."

"I think we can though. Anyway, just come to my house, I'll make you a spaghetti."

Meanwhile at Hernin,

Hanji tries to punch Kris but she dodges his attack. She then punches him and he flings to the sky. Kris then teleports to him and kicks him real hard. Hanji gets exhausted because of his pain. Kris lands on the ground...

"You should give up, Warrior. You've fought well, all you need to do is just stay away from that guy and do not hurt or lie to people."

"Shut up!!!!"

Hanji uses FIRE WAVE

It hits Kris until she's wounded. Kris then teleports to Hanji and kick him in the stomach. Hanji doesn't give up so he uses his FIRE SHIELD to defend himself. Kris then grabs the Fire Shield and throws it to the river. Hanji punches Kris to the leg but she doesn't feel anything. Kris kicks Hanji in the face and then he flings and hits a wall. Hanji fainted while Kris grabs him and tied him. Shina then came out of nowhere and tried to kick Kris but then Kris grabs her feet:

"It's over. You are defeated. There's nothing you can do anymore to fight me. All you gotta do is just stop fighting."

She finally admits defeat. Kris calls the cop and the ambulance to pick up Abraham and the other dead Yakuzas. Kris then tied up Shina with Hanji using Kryogremn Rope so they won't escape from the cop. Kris and Rey then enters their car and leaves the area.

"That was a swift victory out there. Am I right, Krissy?"

"Don't call me Krissy. Only Camila can call me that. At least if she wants."

"Come on, You say that because Camila is your best friend. I am also your best friend Kris. We're on the same team here. Come on. Besties doing badass thing. It's so cool. I bet you and Camila haven't had this experience of a friendship."

"Camila and I fought a giant Water man in the sea. We also had an assist. Her name is Gwen Kirby. She is a really good friend. She's more powerful than you. Also, more powerful than Camila."

"But, where did this Gwen Kirby goes?" He asks while Kris smiles.

"She's in a cool place though. But I'm not saying that she's dead. She's just doing a little bit rest. Alright, you take the steer."

"W-where are you going?"

"I'm going to meet the newest member of our family. She's really strong. Someday, you'll meet her, Ren. Someday. I better go. C'ya."

Kris then flies while Rent takes the wheel.
