Chapter 201 Origin Wolf Queen's Awakening (4)

May had a very beautiful childhood, filled with vivid colors and warm memories. Her father, though not wealthy or influential, provided enough for their family to live comfortably in their small cottage. The village they resided in was nestled amidst lush green fields and rolling hills, creating a picturesque backdrop for their lives.

But their peaceful existence was shattered when her father was falsely accused of treason. The once idyllic wolf kingdom turned hostile, forcing May and her family to flee for their lives. Their journey through dense forests and treacherous terrains led them to the border of the Dark Rigel Kingdom, a place where danger lurked in the shadows.

Tragedy struck when a group of humans ambushed them, resulting in the untimely death of May's father. Captured and stripped of their freedom, May and her mother were thrust into the heartless world of the human slave trade. The sinister notion of being sold like objects at an auction haunted May's mind, fueling her growing hatred for humans.

To her astonishment, when May and her mother were purchased by Ye Kai, he did not subject them to the horrors she anticipated. Instead, he provided them with jobs and education, offering a glimmer of hope in an otherwise bleak existence. May couldn't fathom why Ye Kai showed them kindness, but she gradually recognized that not all humans were wicked.

In time, May formed a deep bond with Ye Ming, Ye Kai's younger sister. Ye Ming became her closest confidante and friend, allowing May to experience moments of joy amidst the shadows of her past. However, tragedy struck once more when May's mother almost died, teetering on the edge of death.

It was Ye Kai who stepped forward and saved May's mother's fragile body. Witnessing this act of compassion, May felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude and indebtedness towards Ye Kai. When she saw his death happened in front of her She made a solemn vow to avenge his death, no matter the cost.

Fuelled by her hatred for humans, May was determined to rid the world of their presence. But she harbored a distinction between the innocent and the wicked, recognizing that not all deserved death. Ye Kai stood as a beacon of goodness in her eyes, for he had saved her life and the big brother of Ye Ming. May was determined to avenge his death.

With her resolve set, May confronted Darco. May's cold, piercing blue eyes locked onto Darco's eyes, exuding an intensity that froze him in place. In an instant, she vanished from her perch on a nearby tree, reappearing before Darco with lethal precision.

Darco stumbled backward, aghast, as blood trickled down his face from the sharp claw marks inflicted by May. Before he could react, May's claws struck his stomach with brutal force, tearing through flesh and organs, and leaving a wake of agony in its wake.

Coughing up blood, Darco's heart seized with fear as May's next strike punctured his chest, ripping his heart from his body. However May's eyes widened in disbelief as Darco's body regenerated, his stomach and chest healing before her eyes.

"You have grown stronger," Darco rasped, his voice filled with grudging respect while gazing into May's unyielding gaze.

Without hesitation, May crushed Darco's heart, determined to end his existence once and for all. However, to her astonishment, his body began to regenerate yet again, undoing the damage she had inflicted.

"You may have become strong," Darco sneered, delivering a powerful blow to May's face, "but it is still not enough to kill me."

However before Draco's blow hit May's face, she dodges it.

"Your speed is also good," Draco said, Draco's movements were swift and precise, his attacks coming at May from all angles. With each evasive maneuver, May's heart pounded in her chest, her body drenched in a sheen of perspiration. Her eyes darted across the battlefield, desperately searching for a weakness to exploit, but Draco's relentless assault left her no respite.

"Should we help her?" Ye Kai asked.

[No, if we helped her even a tiny bit then she won't get awakened, and giving her Lifesaver won't count as helping her since she didn't know anything about Lifesaver, but if we help her to increase her strength or decrease cat strength then she will notice it]

"Oh... Okay but at this rate I don't think May will able to dodge his attack more, this cat is experienced fighter, who can go on attack May without any rest but for May this is first time fighting someone, she will get tired way faster than normally, is there no way to help her," Ye Kai asked.

[No, we can't help her in any way, and if she sees you then everything is over, she is fighting with killing intent because of you]

"Hm," Ye Kai frowned, and then his eye wide opened, "Wai a minute, because it looked like that cat killed me that May is fighting even she knew she is weak?"

[Yes, whatever happens, don't show yourself in front of May until she awakens]

"Even it take some years?"

[Yes, or no, if she won't able to awaken today then we only have to make it look like that her mother was killed by this cat and give May the location of this cat, and after she will surely awaken her true form]

"This is wicked plan but well if she can awaken it then it worth it," Ye Kai said and he nodded.

May's furrowed brow accentuated her focused determination as she deftly evaded Draco's relentless onslaught. A profound realization washed over her—the fatigue that once threatened to consume her had been replaced by an inexplicable surge of vitality. It coursed through her veins, infusing every sinew of her being with newfound energy.

Her senses heightened, May felt attuned to the ebb and flow of the battle. Each of Draco's attacks became an opportunity, a chance to gauge his movements and identify the perfect opening. With every nimble dodge, her body seemed to gather momentum, as if drawing power from an unseen wellspring within.
