Prove it through actions (1)

To be honest, it was Lu Nan who couldn’t hold on first.

Lu Nan ate in silence for the remainder of the meal, not saying a word.

He was still thinking about what Lin Yuhe had just said while eating.

However, after hearing that sentence, Lu Nan was unable to continue.

“I know that Gege means husband, since I always call you Gege.”

… Who could resist this?

Lin Yuhe didn’t know what Lu Nan was thinking. Seeing that the man wasn’t speaking, he also went silent. He thought that the other man was still debating about what to call him.

The two finished the rest of their lunch in peace. When they left the hot pot restaurant, there were still many people queuing outside of the restaurant.

Walking out of the fragrant shop, Lin Yuhe rubbed his stomach and let out a satisfied sigh.

“I’m so full.”

Lu Nan lowered his eyes to look at him and reached out to press his belly.

Lin Yuhe flinched with a smile. “Tickles.”

He was very ticklish and was extremely sensitive, especially when the back of his neck was touched.

Lu Nan’s eyes dimmed.

There were quite a few people at the door, and someone noticed the two’s movements and appearance, and couldn’t help excitedly discussing in a low voice.

Although they were whispering, Lin Yuhe still noticed it. He thought about how he was photographed when he was shopping, and consciously distanced himself from people since he didn’t want to cause trouble for Gege.

Lu Nan didn’t care at all, and as Lin Yuhe backed away a little, the man grabbed his shoulders and circled back to his side.

Fortunately, after leaving the hot pot restaurant, there were not many people outside, and Lin Yuhe didn’t think about it too much. But he didn’t expect that there was another surprise yet to come.

The two of them were going to watch a movie next, one that Lin Yuhe had wanted to see during exam week. He had thought about asking Lu Nan if he wanted to watch it, but before he had sent the message, Lu Nan had already sent a message about the two movie tickets.

On the way to the movie theatre, Lu Nan paused when they passed the milk tea shop.

“Do you want milk tea?” he asked.

Lin Yuhe: “…?”

He suspected that he had heard wrong.

Lin Yuhe looked around, and noticed a small, high-end boutique tea store, with fancy decorations and more shopping guides than customers, which was a massive contrast to the long queue in front of the milk tea shop.

It was obvious that the tea shop was more in line with Lu Nan’s typical style.

It was no wonder he thought so, since Lu Nan really didn’t seem like the type of person who ever touched milk tea.

Lu Nan followed his gaze and asked, “Do you want that instead?”

Lin Yuhe was shocked for a moment, and was about to say no, but heard Lu Nan say, “That one isn’t good. If you want tea, there’s some at home and I can have someone make it and bring it over in time for the movie.”

He even started to ask, “Do you want black or green tea?”

Lin Yuhe stopped him before he could continue, “No need, I’ll have some milk tea.”

Lu Nan nodded, and Lin Yuhe saw him open the app and order online.

When the milk tea was ready, Lin Yuhe was still dazed. How was Lu Nan so accustomed to this?

Lu Nan noticed his doubts and asked, “What’s wrong?”

“It’s nothing,” Lin Yuhe was honest, “I just didn’t expect Gege to drink milk tea.”

Lu Nan was silent for a while, and asked, “Drinking milk tea and watching movies, isn’t that what students do when they go out?”

Lin Yuhe blinked.

He was a little sceptical. The other had specifically checked information such as ‘the favourite things for college students to do shopping’ before going out this time.

Thinking of this scene, Lin Yuhe wanted to laugh a little.

But it added to his new understanding of Lu Nan.

Gege was so cute.

The milk tea was delicious, and the movie was also very good. Lin Yuhe couldn’t take his eyes off the movie, and when he walked out of the movie theatre, he was still immersed in the surroundings of the movie and recalling the plot.

Lu Nan, who was following behind him, had not been as interested.

This was the first time the two watched a movie together, and no matter how well prepared they were, there would be unexpected things.

For example, because Lin Yuhe doesn’t eat sweets, they didn’t buy popcorn when they entered the venue, and so they didn’t have the opportunity to accidentally touch each other’s hands when they grabbed popcorn.

Moreover, Lin Yuhe’s sitting posture was as straight as ever, holding the cup of milk tea he bought with both hands, and never putting it down.

They both failed to find chances of ‘accidental’ contact.

What a mistake.

It was an unhappy incident, but when Lin Yuhe turned his head and asked where to go next, Lu Nan answered him with a normal expression.

“Let’s go downstairs and walk around.”

The overall style of this mall was relatively fashionable, and the prices were also not too high, which was more suitable for young people. Lin Yuhe arrived just in time to look at some clothes and shoes.

However, just as the two of them walked out of the cinema, they encountered a little incident.

The next movie was about to start, and a five or six-year-old boy came running up and down, turning around and shouting, “Mom! Hurry up!”

He ran too fast, didn’t pay attention to the steps in front of him, tripped and fell face down.

Things happened so fast that the people on the side didn’t even have time to exclaim. Seeing that the little boy was about to fall to the ground, at the critical moment, Lin Yuhe, who happened to be near the steps, rushed forward and caught him quickly.
