Chapter 144 - Sniper Bitch

Ravoski, fled the site.

Upset about Loreno seeing him run away, he screamed at his  sped in a motorbike. "Why did we have to pass by Lorenzo! He saw us leave him behind!"

"If you go the other way, you'll find yourself a sniper bitch!"

Before the shooting began, Lu Fang suggested splitting up the assassin group by creating a decoy. They would park the car on the road to catch their attention. Then, the three soldiers of General Lei would head towards the highway on foot. They hoped that Lorenzo will order some of his men to follow them. This way, it would divide their strength.

Seeing the rider already dead, the man thought they were of the same built and he could easily pass on as the same person with the helmet.  Marco was wearing a dark brown leather jacket, and the bloodstain was easily removed. From afar, the cut from the knives was obscure. Being disguised as one of them, Lu Fang could easily take them by surprise.

Gao Rou and Andrea hid in the truck's driver's seat, and it did not take long for Lorenzo and his men to arrive in two sports cars.

"They are on foot running towards the highway!"

"There is only one car."

"One might have gone ahead."

Andrea and Gao Rou could only assume Lorenzo was the one giving orders. They could not peek from where they hid.

The moment Lorenzo's group left, Andrea immediately positioned her sniper rifle while Gao Rou crawled down to take on the driver of the black sports car parked on the other side of the truck.

Lu Fang left with Yeong in Marco's motorbike but somehow, he did not feel comfortable leaving Andrea behind. He headed back. Yeong understood well his apprehension. Even if the plan was to take down the other group silently with a sniper pistol, anything could happen and Andrea might end up fighting with her fists.

The man saw a blue sports car on his return and immediately assumed it was The Shadows. He needed to act like one of them so he slowed down and pointed for them to continue down the road. Thankfully, they bought it.

The driver of the black sports car failed to notice Gao Rou coming from behind. His windows were down as he was looking out for his accomplices.

Meanwhile, those in pursuit of the soldiers were still in Andrea's line of sight. Wasting no bullets, Andrea fired the trigger one by one, taking down Lorenzo's men.

Seeing his allies fall down, the driver's heart raced. 'There is a sniper,' he thought but before he could get out of the car, Gao Rou had an arm around his neck attempting to cut off his oxygen.

Refusing to back down, the driver pushed the door from his side as hard as he could. This made Gao Rou lose his hold and stumble on his behind. The driver grabbed the gun from the passenger seat and as he stepped down from the vehicle, a bullet hit him right in the forehead. He never saw it coming.

Lu Fang arrived just in time and saw Andrea shoot at the driver. He immediately took off his helmet and called out to her. "Babe, are you okay?"

"Babe, why are you back?"

"I was worried." He did not spare a minute and checked her face and her body.

"Babe, I'm fine and I'm not feeling uncomfortable. Don't worry."

At that point, shots could be heard endlessly not too far from them. The moment the soldiers returned, they left with Gao Rou to back-up Yeong but instead of using their own; they used the sports car to avoid alerting the enemy.

Gao Rou insisted that Andrea stayed behind with Lu Fang or at least follow only after they give a go signal. This made Andrea anxious, but she understood. Everyone was worried about her and the babies.

Lu Fang grabbed the laptop for Andrea so they can monitor what was happening but with all the commotion going on, it was hard to determine if anyone from their side was wounded.

Andrea also took the opportunity to report the incident to their organization. She ordered a clean-up at the same time requested for medical help. She had already anticipated their party would receive injuries. 'Hopefully, only injuries,' she thought.

The sound of guns firing slowly died down, the couple was about to leave when they heard motorbikes come their way.

"Hide!" Lu Fang ordered.

Andrea quickly ran to the car bringing the rifle with her and from inside, she got ready to shoot.

The man put his helmet back on and waved signaling the motorist to halt. If all five of them were to stop. Andrea had a better shot than a moving target.

"Marco? Ravoski called and said he needed back-up."

CLANG! CLANG!

The silenced rifle fired bullets that came seconds apart. Two of the riders were instantly shot to the chest.

One rider escaped while the other stood away from the bike and lifted up his hands announcing his surrender.

Lu Fang got a hold of one of them and pinned the scoundrel down to the ground. Thrusting both his fist alternately into the rider's torso, it didn't take long for the opponent to cough out blood. He curled his body into a ball and complained in pain.

Andrea came out of the car still pointing the rifle to the remaining rider standing by the side of the road.

"Are there any more of you?"

The rider could not believe his eyes. A beautiful girl in a dress was apparently the sniper that had put down his companions.

CLANG!

Andrea shot in between his feet after hearing no response.

"Answer my wife dammit! Or she will blow your head off," the man yelled as he removed his helmet.

"We are the last ones… There is no one else coming."

CLANG!

"Ahh!" The rider screamed in anguish. He was shot in the thigh. "Why?" He questioned as his body trembled in fear. "Why!!! I already surrendered."

Andrea glared at him and said, "I don't have a rope to tie you down."  She then turned to the other man lying on the ground near Lu Fang.

CLANG!

"Ahh! Bitch!"

Not too far from them the rider who escaped apparently stayed back to see what was happening. The moment he saw the girl shot his colleagues, he gassed up to find Ravoski.
