Ren Bo was very interested in the practical testing of the mecha, so he rushed over as soon as he received the communication.

This was Ren Bo and Cheng Yi’s first meeting. They looked at each other, exchanged greetings, and then got down to business.

Ren Bo had already made detailed arrangements for the practical testing session, and Cheng Yi had the relevant experience, so the process was very efficient.

The first step was the spiritual connection.

After entering the mecha's cockpit, Cheng Yi transformed into his white tiger form and started the spiritual connection.

Since it was Cheng Yi’s first time making the spiritual connection with this mecha, the process took ten minutes, even though the mecha was specially built for him.

But the final result was very good. The first spiritual connection reached 92%, and even Ren Bo could not help but tsk in amazement.

However, he did not know that the spiritual connection went so smoothly because of Cheng Yi’s current form.

Meanwhile, Cheng Yi was not satisfied with this result. This was a White Tiger mecha specially built for him. So the connection level had to be 100%.

Therefore, after completing the spiritual connection, Cheng Yi did not act immediately. His intention was to integrate himself with the mecha using spiritual power, so that he could carry out his subsequent actions smoothly.

Only when he had completely merged with the mecha could his actions be perfectly reflected on the mecha. That way, man and mecha could become one in the true sense.

But it was his first time piloting the mecha, it was impossible to become one with it so quickly. So, even with all preparations finished, he still felt something was missing.

It was as if an invisible barrier had been erected in his mind, separating him from the mecha.

Cheng Yi gave up on his plan to achieve perfect control of the mecha right from the start. Time was limited and he wouldn’t be able to achieve the desired effect no matter how hard he tried.

Next, he had to do a complete set of basic mecha maneuvers such as sitting, standing, moving and so on.

After completing this set of basic movements, he began running, stopping, biting, tail-flicking, jumping, diving, and other slightly more difficult movements.

Cheng Yi, who was already in his white tiger form, found these movements hardly difficult. Ren Bo, on the outside, was once again amazed as he recorded the data.

He believed that this mecha’s emergence was likely to break through the confines of human perception of mechas. But he thought that the period of adaptation would take a long time, as even the most outstanding mecha warrior was bound to have a period of adaptation.

After all, no matter how powerful a mecha warrior was, he would be used to controlling humanoid mechas. There was a big difference between the control methods of humanoid mechs and the beast-type mechs.

But Cheng Yi had just finished his first spiritual connection with this beast-type mecha. It was incredible that he could complete these movements so perfectly within such a short period of time.

Sure enough, as the only SS-ranked spiritual power mecha warrior in the entire interstellar, his talent was amazing no matter what kind of mecha he piloted!

Even the proud and arrogant Ren Bo couldn't help but praise, "This young man is very impressive."

An Yan was starry-eyed as he looked at his lover, and nodded desperately in agreement, "Yes, yes, senior is the best!"

Ren Bo, who had been forced to stuff his mouth with dog food, silently turned his head away. He couldn't bear to look at An Yan.

Cheng Yi started with the simplest moves, gradually moving to the more difficult ones, and he soon finished all the moves.

There were no problems during this whole process, and the feedback from the data given was also very good. It could be seen that the fit between Cheng Yi and this mecha was very high.

Just as Ren Bo was about to push the practical testing to the next stage, his eyes inadvertently glanced over a statistic, and he exclaimed in shock, "95%?!"

How did the spiritual connection degree between the mecha and the mecha warrior increase to 95%?! Wasn’t it 92%?

Once determined, the spiritual connection level between the mecha and the mecha warrior would not change during use. However, this was only a practical test, how could the spiritual connection level increase just like that?

Ren Bo vaguely sensed that it had something to do with the mecha or the person piloting it. But he still did not go over to ask after his initial shock. He calmed himself down and proceeded to the next step.

The next test was aimed at simulating sparring. It also went from easy to difficult, from dodging light beams flying in front of him to having an actual combat target to have a series of sparring sessions with.

Apart from checking the data to determine whether there were any problems during the process, Ren Bo would also occasionally look at the data of the spiritual power connection degree. He could clearly see the connection degree increase from 95% to 97%, and it was still steadily increasing at a slow pace.

Although this phenomenon had already occurred, he was still shocked when he saw the data jump before his eyes.

He was now desperate to know the cause of this situation, especially when the connection level rose to a frightening 100% after two hours. Renbo almost wanted to call a halt to the testing and rush up to study this data.

Fortunately, he still had some sense left, and he was able to stop his impulsive thoughts.

The moment the connection degree  reached 100%, Cheng Yi, who was in the White Tiger mecha, felt a flash of something in his mind, and the invisible barrier he felt earlier seemed to have been struck by something before it disappeared without a trace.

At the same time, the white tiger mecha's dark metal eyes suddenly flashed, emitting an intense brilliance.

When piloting a mecha, Cheng Yi would always sense the outside environment through the connected spiritual power. Although this perception did not affect the battle, it was definitely not as intuitive and quick as seeing it with one’s naked eyes.

But at this moment, Cheng Yi, who was completely unaware of what was happening, felt his eyes flash. When his vision cleared, he found that his field of vision had completely changed!

Instead of the cramped and obscure scene in the cockpit, he could see the entire training ground in front of him.

The sudden change in vision caused his pupils to contract slightly, and in a place he could not see, the huge eyes of the white tiger mecha also contracted their pupils slightly.

Then Cheng Yi moved his front paws slightly, and the white tiger mecha moved its front paws along with him.

Cheng Yi turned his head to the left, and the white tiger mecha also turned its head to the left.

It was then that Cheng Yi finally realised that his senses had completely merged with the White Tiger Mecha!

In other words, he was now the white tiger mecha, and all his thoughts and movements would immediately be reflected in the white tiger mecha's huge body.

This feeling was incomparably novel. Cheng Yi was also surprised that he had effortlessly achieved what he had failed to do after putting in all his efforts earlier!

Cheng Yi ran wildly around the training ground in excitement. He then came up to An Yan and blinked, but the mecha was too big. He couldn’t have an intimate interaction with his little one even if he tried his best to lower the tiger's head, and he could only give up.

The other two people on the training ground had different reactions. One understood while the other was confused.

An Yan was not surprised by this situation as he had customized this mecha to achieve such an effect.

He was most surprised by the speed at which Cheng Yi had fused with the mecha. It was much faster than he had expected.

He thought it would take Cheng Yi a while to achieve a complete fusion since it was his first time encountering this type of mecha.

Compared to An Yan's calmness and starry eyes, Ren Bo's reaction was much more realistic.

Weren't they having a practice test? Why was this guy suddenly running around like a wild tiger out of control?

And why did he vaguely feel that the way the mecha moved seemed much more dynamic and lively than before? It wasn't his illusion, was it?

The mecha's movements and posture looked like a big, vivid white tiger running wildly.

Ren Bo quickly attributed the matter to the 100% spiritual connection degree. But even so, his thoughts were far from the truth. Mainly because his thinking was limited. It would never cross his mind that Cheng Yi could transform into a white tiger and perfectly fuse with the mecha.

In his opinion, no matter how skilled the human piloting the mecha was, they couldn’t fully exploit the characteristics of the White Tiger mecha. After all, the difference between the human form and the white tiger was so great that they were not even the same species.

He also felt regretful. The mecha had many powerful features, but they couldn’t be brought into play because of the fixed thinking of humans.

Fortunately, Cheng Yi finally regained his senses after awhile and re-entered the practice testing state.

He had no problem controlling the mecha before the complete fusion.  He was now even more powerful and comfortable driving the mecha after the perfect fusion.

Ren Bo was amazed as he watched, but he attributed all the results to the 100% spiritual power connection.

The practical test went much faster as a result, and they were finished in about an hour.

The whole process went exceptionally smoothly, and the minor problems that occurred during the process were all quickly resolved. Even Ren Bo felt that the testing went more smoothly than he had expected.

But it was a good thing after all. With the final result achieved, Ren Bo smiled gratefully and said, "The test results are very good. This mecha is more successful than I expected."

An Yan was also very happy and thanked him from the bottom of his heart, "I owe all this result to your hard work. Thank you. "
