Chapter 60 - Disabling the bombs 2

Security Staff: Sir she is the one who noticed the bag with bombs under the chair, she is from the Eagle Squad and she knows how to disable a bomb.

Bombs disposal unit leader: really? upon hearing the words Eagle Squad the bomb disposal team leader change his attitude, he now sees Arriane in a different way.

Come on!!! what are you waiting for??? give the bag with a bomb to her and let her do her things, you incompetent people shouldn't be here. The man ordered his men

The man who was assigned to disable the first bomb gave Arriane the bomb with a trembling hand. He is afraid that he might accidentally drop the bag and it will explode.

There you are... please be careful with it, one mistake and we will all perish here together with the bomb.

Arriane accept the bag, she opened the zipper and discerned the ticking number in the bombs counter.

Arriane: whoah.... this thing here is really scary. Arriane joke as she takes the bomb out of the bag.

Holding the bomb in her hand, she inspected it carefully turning it over a few times to study the wirings in the bomb while all the men behind him wiped their perspirations. They were all nervous seeing how Arriane handle the bomb.

Bombs disposal unit leader: please be very careful, our life is at stake here. We can't afford to make a mistake. we have families waiting for us at home.

Arriane glanced at the man as she picked up the cutters to cut the wirings.

Arriane: What do you think??? should I cut this wire or this one???

Bombs disposal unit leader: What??? the man sweated profusely as he saw Arriane playing with the wires. Damn it!!! I said be careful!!! he exclaimed.

Arriane: relaxed you're so uptight and nervous... aren't you afraid to have a heart attack here right now??? Just relax and live everything to me. As she said that, Arriane suddenly cut one of the yellow wires.

Thinking that it is not the right wire the man tried to stop Arriane but it's too late. The wire is already cut into two and Arriane is already putting aside the clamps and the cutter that she used.

Everybody close their eyes as they waited for the bomb to explode until they heard Arriane's voice.

Arriane: what are you guys doing???
