Chapter 1512: Arish's Experience(5)

Arish read the details of the [Aqueous Symphony] and liked it so much that he decided to go for the God level skill.

The Emperor level skill only had two aspects: attack and defense. When it was upgraded to the God level, a supporting aspect was added to the skill's effect, forcing Arish to go against his decision to stick with the Emperor level skill.

Once Arish chose the God level skill, he had picked up skills for all five types available in the store. He then left the counter and walked toward the semi-pillar. A long queue of customers was already waiting for their turn to experience the skill card, so Arish had to wait for a few minutes.

When it was finally his turn, he placed the [Deluge Symphony] skill card in the card compartment. The next moment, he found himself in a different environment, with his body out of control. The store owner had already informed Arish of that effect in the experience session, so he didn't feel surprised and looked around.

He was standing in the middle of a vast swamp, with the sky covered in dark clouds that could rain at any time. There were small pools of water randomly spread across the scene.

Not far from him, a group of five enemies charged at him. All five had the same cultivation level as him and were filled with killing intent as if Arish had an unpardonable enmity with them.

Arish's consciousness shook for a moment, but since he had been in wars several times, he calmed down. He had come across scenes like that numerous times.

A blue glow shrouded the five enemies as they rushed. Arish's body acted on its own and pounced forward.

A melodic symphony rang in the area as the element of water in the environment began dancing, forming a small deluge. Pitter! Patter!

The sky began raining, and the rainwater joined the deluge in its dance. At first, it looked stunningly beautiful, but not long after, it turned into a dance of destruction, with the symphony no longer being melodious.

The enemies had to shut their ears forcefully as the symphony attacked their ear walls. It wasn't the end, as the deluge became the source of water and unleashed water blades on the enemy camp.

Sound waves further enhanced the water blades, increasing their speed and piercing capabilities. The two elements worked together to double the striking power of the water blades.

In no time, two of the five enemies had gotten dismembered into several clean pieces as the water blades passed through them. The rain helped in the restoration of the deluge, and water blades reappeared.

A few moments later, Arish was left alone in the endless swamp. His ears were also bleeding, but it wasn't severe, so Arish ignored it.

Following that, Arish's consciousness returned to the store, finding that only a moment had passed while he experienced the skill for a few minutes.

The next moment, the screen attracted his attention, and it suddenly lightened up and showed the training content. With only a glance, the entire content got permanently engraved in his memory.

[Skill: Deluge Symphony

Defense Aspect: 79% (Nine hundred eighty-five years and three months)

Training Time: Eight thousand six hundred ninety-five years and three months.]

Arish frowned upon seeing the training data for the skill. As the details suggested, it would take more than eight thousand years for him to fully master the skill.

He didn't have that kind of time, but he had long given hope of mastering the skills purchased from the store in three hundred years. He could only master one skill and some proficiency in the second in three hundred years.

Arish wanted to focus on the product that could help him during the battle contest, so [Aqueous Symphony] was clearly of no use to him. He didn't hesitate and walked back to the counter, returning the defensive, supporting, and combination-type skill cards.

Arish decided to master [Aquasonic Dash] and gain some proficiency in [Deluge Symphony] so he would be able to use some of its effects three hundred years later.

Arish promised to come back alive from the contest and then purchase the three skills he had let go of. He then didn't stand there any longer and turned around, exiting the room.

To complete the purchase, he needed to request the store owner, so he walked toward Aakesh and joined the small queue of a few customers ahead of him.
