"It told me that it feels disappointed that you aren't compatible with it," The woman didn't seem that surprised by the crystal's action. She then informed Aakesh.

Aakesh nodded since he already knew before coming here that he wouldn't be able to own the item. He just didn't know that he wouldn't even be able to touch it.

Time flew by, and hours passed in a flash.

To return to the room, Aakesh only needed to think, but he conversed with the woman for some time, trying to know how the woman had achieved a state where she was neither dead nor alive, nor undead, nor a spirit.
