Chapter 1115 Questions!

Chapter 1115: Questions!

[Host, the time for your meditation is about to arrive!]

As Aakesh stared at the magnificent structure towering over him, the system's emotionless, mechanical voice rang in his head.

Aakesh nodded and then disappeared from Panagea. The next moment, he appeared in the store's hall.

Aakesh had already reached the building, so there was no hurry for Aakesh to break the timetable set by him.

After appearing in the store, Aakesh didn't immediately sit down, beginning his meditation. Earlier in Panagea, Aakesh had unlocked a new level of power and had countless questions regarding it.

Aakesh knew about the bloodline projection state since he had heard about many popular creatures in the Multiverse.

The Bloodline Projection was the second stage in the bloodline evolution, and its activation meant the awakening of the bloodline. There was another step above it, called Bloodline Incarnation, and there were very few creatures able to reach the stage other than the Devas, and irrespectively of the race, the beings at the third and final stage were overlords of the third dimension.

In the Sacred Dimension, there was no creature with enough bloodline strength to activate the stage. In fact, the eleven Void Beasts were the only creatures in the Sacred Dimension to reach the Bloodline Projection state.

Despite knowing everything about the state, Aakesh was like a curious child at that moment and asked his first question, "Hey, system, what strength do I require to unlock the state before dying?"

Aakesh's strength in Panagea was higher than what he had in reality, so since Aakesh wasn't strong enough to unlock the state, there was no way for him to do it in reality.

[Host, the Sacred King is the least cultivation you need to activate the Bloodline Projection for one-millionth of a second. To completely control it, you need to reach @#!##$!$!!# level.]

The system's voice rang in the store, informing Aakesh. He didn't seem surprised at first, but when he heard the second sentence, his eyes almost popped out.

The cultivation level required for him to control the Bloodline Projection state was the peak cultivation of the third dimension.

"Hey, system, can you show me the scene of the projection?" Aakesh requested after getting answers to some of his questions.

[Host, you can't bear it!]

The system's response rang in his head. Just the mere presence of the projection turned the gigantic black hole into nothing, so Aakesh stood no chance against it.

Aakesh could take the help of the system to protect him, but his authority wasn't high enough to protect him from himself since the system was there to serve the real him.

Aakesh understood, but he still wanted to watch the scene, so he requested the system show him the dimmed version of the projection.

The next moment, an even blurrier scene than what it had looked during Aakesh's activating the state appeared in front of him.

Aakesh only took a glance, and his eyes exploded. The system immediately acted, and the scene disappeared.

Aakesh's eyes began to restore themselves, and in no time, Aakesh was the same as ever. A smile spread across his face since he was satisfied with what he saw.

Even without the dimmer version, the projection was too blurry to see the enormous, endless creature in it, so Aakesh didn't feel anything about it. Why Aakesh smiled was because of the sense of familiarity.

Aakesh had never felt that feeling before. Even though Lily had half his bloodline, even then he didn't feel that sense of familiarity with her. With her, it was more like a relationship between a descendant and an ancestor. But with the projection, he felt as if he was seeing himself.

The Bloodline Projection state wasn't the same creature, but it was the ancestor who had the purest bloodline. If Lily activated the state, she would still see the same projection as what Aakesh saw.

"Does it mean I have no ancestor and I am the first of my race, or does it mean that there is no one with more pure bloodline than me?" Aakesh couldn't help but mumble.

[Host, keep completing the quests, and you will one day find who you are!]

The system took the initiative and told Aakesh as if it was consoling him, but since there was no emotion in the voice, it felt like a statement.

Aakesh nodded in response to the system's statement and stopped thinking about the projection.

"Hey, system, how far am I from completing the requirements established for the second store upgrade quest?" Aakesh asked the system since the best way to improve his authority was to upgrade the store and his level.

Aakesh wanted to experience the projection again, but he didn't have the masochistic personality to see it when his eyes would explode every time.

The system couldn't reveal the requirements, but it could tell Aakesh how close he was or how far he was from completing the requirements, so Aakesh's question was not breaking any rules.

[Host, you are at the last set of requirements!]

Aakesh nodded in appreciation in response since he was close to unlocking the store upgrade quest.

Aakesh then didn't ask any questions and summoned his mat from the system.

The mat appeared on the floor, and Aakesh sat down in a meditative pose with his left leg on his right thigh, his right leg on his left thigh, and his hands on the knees. While a purer, lesser Sacred stone was floating an inch above the area between his eyebrows in mid-air.

His body automatically began to absorb energy from the stone, so he closed his eyes and began the meditation.

Around an hour later, the stone had exhausted all its energy, so it disintegrated into nothingness. Aakesh didn't open his eyes and took another purer, lesser Sacred stone out from the pouch and returned to the meditation, placing it in its place.

Time flew by, and hours passed in a flash.

[Host, the sun is about to arrive on Thorr and nearby cities!]

Aakesh was meditating when the system's emotionless, mechanical alert rang in his ears.

Aakesh opened his eyes, placed the stone back in the pouch, and stood up. The meditative mat disappeared from the store's hall, waiting for him to request it again.
