Regarding the addition of ambiguous scenes, the director’s wishful thinking was too much.

In that way, it couldn’t only meet the needs of people who come for originality and the plot, but also those who were sentimental, which was really killing two birds with one stone.

If it weren’t for the length of the series and no more opponents could be added to the original plot, the director would have wanted to let the male and female leads have more sweet scenes.

But he turned to think about it and felt that the audience would get bored if there was too much sugar. It was better with less sweetness just to make people feel unsatisfied and leave an endless aftertaste.

That was the highest state of sweetness.

The director finally negotiated with the screenwriter and only added two scenes of the male lead and the heroine.

In the first scene, when Ying Lian returned to her room and took care of the little fox in her arms, the little fox unexpectedly transformed into a human form.

It was originally the little fox who stayed obediently in Ying Lian’s arms. After the little fox transformed into a human form, the situation changed and Ying Lian fell directly into the tall Cang Shen’s arms.

In such a scene, the director’s request to Gu Mian was to shoot the moment when Ying Lian falls into Cang Shen’s arms.

So, Ying Lian’s expression should be at first shock, then after the shock, she slowly would recover, realizing that she was so close to her sweetheart and turned shy.

Such a scene was a big challenge for an actor’s acting skills as facial expression change was very complicated. It was usually hard to express all kinds of emotions well.

If the actor had poor acting skills or no acting skills, then the performance of this scene may be embarrassing and it would make people dissatisfied. If the acting skills were good, then this scene would be filmed well, allowing the audience to smile while watching it.

After the director briefly explained to Gu Mian the main points of the scene, he patted her on the shoulder, “Xiao Gu, don’t get too obsessed with the man.” 

Regarding Lou Che’s acting skills the director was sure. He was now worried that Gu Mian would be delayed because of her obsession with the man’s handsomeness.

After all, Lou Che’s face and figure was heavenly.

Gu Mian felt that the director must have misunderstood her acting skills. In the past few mistakes, she just happened to make the right shot. But it was impossible to have good luck all the time, right?
