Chapter 389 - Going Sight Seeing...

The couple arrived at the airport shortly. Sato was pacing back and forth as he looked at the passing vehicles. When Ashley saw him, the driver was quickly ordered to stop the vehicle.

"Stop the car! I can already see him right there," Ashley said as she pointed her finger at where Sato was.

The driver, who also doubled as a bodyguard, followed where Ashley pointed and parked in front of the spot Sato was standing at. Ashley lowered the window before she told Sato enthusiastically, "What are you waiting for? Hop on!"

When Sato heard Ashley's voice, he sighed in relief. They were finally here.

"Oh, you're finally here! Thank God!" He exclaimed before pulling his luggage with him and placing it inside the trunk of the car. He entered the vehicle and sat on the passenger seat located next to the driver's seat. He looked behind him to find Tanaga leaning against the back of a chair, wearing earphones with his eyes closed.

He knew he couldn't complain, but he didn't stop until he managed to say everything he wanted to say while keeping his eyes closed. Sato's story-telling went well, and Ashley, being interested, sat back, and listened.

"I was astonished to learn that it was not Sir Jones that was in the office, but instead his twin. It was quite the bombshell when I found out," Sigh at once and then sit up straight.

Ashley just laughed at her assistant's story-telling. He always was quite the drama queen. But he was happy that Ashley and Tanaga came to pick him up while also finally having someone to hang out with too.

They went around the city, looking for a restaurant to eat in that served delicious food while they waited to pick Mrs. Garcia up. It only took them quite a while to find out the nearest tourist attraction, courtesy of Sato.

He was excited to see the vast beach and the rest of the city, and he quickly shared all of his thoughts and opinions on where to go with Ashley. His eyes were brimming with happiness as he relays all that he found.

"Nearby, they have a famous Michelin-star restaurant where we can eat and taste the specialty dishes of this country. And not too far away is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches in the world."

Ashley showed Sato's findings to Tanaga.

"What do you think, sweetheart? Are you in? If you're tired, we could always return home and pick up Mrs. Garcia when she's finished with work."

Tanaga nodded, agreeing with whatever his wife said. It was unknown when he had linked arms with his wife, but he grinned as he said, "Whatever you want, babe. I'll oblige."

Ashley grinned.

"Then, let's go! Because that is Tanaga's answer, "Let's go! Let's see if this review is true. It is said that royalty often eats here. Who knows, we might see something. " Ashley said as she reached for Sato's cellphone back.

Soon enough, they reached the beachfront. The advertis.e.m.e.nts and reviews they read didn't lie. The beach was breathtaking, to say the least, and extremely clean.

The sea was a dark shade of blue, and it lured in many tourists, a testimony of that being the many tourists bathing there.

Sato was stuck between two difficult decisions. On the one hand, he wanted to walk on the beach and admire the scenic view, but he was starving on the other. He hadn't eaten anything on the plane. He asked Ashley what she wanted to do, wanting to follow her instead.

"Mrs. Jones, where are we?"

Ashley was about to say that they were going for a walk on the beach when suddenly her stomach tightened, and let out a grumble.

"Well, you heard the answer. We should go to the restaurant first. I'm starving," Ashley replied shyly as she couldn't look directly at her husband.

Sato walked in the restaurant-bar direction by the beach, ready to eat as Ashley wasn't the only hungry person.

Sato was so excited and busy reading the menu outside, wanting to eat something delicious for his first meal in this city, so he didn't seem to notice that two people were walking right towards him without noticing either. It was already too late when Ashley alerted him.

"Sato! Move!" Ashley shouted, trying to warn him, but to no avail.

One of the people he bumped into, a woman, fell to the ground with a loud thud, and the man glared at him.

"Oh, my God! I'm so sorry! I sincerely apologize," Sato rambled as he quickly backed away from the scene, feeling guilty and sorry at the same time.

The man he bumped into helped the woman get up before facing him. His face was red, and he seemed like he was about to explode.

"How dare you! Don't you watch where you are going? It's not like you own this road!" The man roared angrily. He was clearly furious.

Ashley's pace quickened, and Tanaga just followed her, his expression as calm as ever. As soon as she stood beside Sato, she apologized on behalf of her assistant and his irrational doings to the two people. The man he bumped looked to be in his early twenties, and the same with the female.

Ashley did see that Sato and the two were going to bump into each other since they weren't looking at where they're going, so technically, she was just as guilty. With this in mind, Ashley decided to apologize since it was the right thing to do, and who knows, maybe these two people were royals or important people in general. Yet, when she apologized, it didn't seem like her apology was accepted.

"Do you seriously think that you can get away with what you did?" Prince Alexander asked as his eyes glazed over the three.

The three didn't know that they were facing the crown prince of a neighboring kingdom and his best friend. They were facing none other than Prince Alexander of Stonasia and Lady Anyella of the Kingdom of Spaniard.

"In all fairness, my assistant didn't mean to do what he did. It was merely an accident. And also consider that you weren't looking at where you were going either," Ashley reasoned, coming to the defense of Sato.

Lady Antella, who was now back on her feet, straightened her clothes and took a stand for herself.

"You have a point, we weren't looking at where we were going, but your assistant is still at fault. My clothes are wrinkled and stained now, and unless you can compensate for it, you don't get the chance to act so high and mighty! All you are is a mere commoner," Lady Antella blurted out to Ashley and Sato.

One thing Tanaga disliked was someone belittling his loved ones. Especially his wife. He defended his wife and Sato, "Who are you calling commoners? I don't care who or what you are, but don't you dare talk like that to my wife. You don't qualify too," he said before strolling into the restaurant, Ashley and Sato the following suit.

"Guard!" Prince Alexander shouted, and soon his two bodyguards came out from nowhere, in particular, now flanking the crown prince.

"Stop them!" He commanded as he followed the gaze of the two bodyguards.

His bodyguards quickly obeyed his orders, chasing the three.

As they were about to catch up with the three, suddenly someone stopped in front of them.

The two bodyguards stopped, and they simply stared at Tanaga's bodyguard. Prince Alexander's bodyguard knew they could just handle one person, but they were stopped when they tried to follow Ashley, Tanaga, and Sato.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you. We aren't here to cause trouble. My bosses only wanted to eat, gentlemen. I'm asking you to leave them alone, or else I'll have to use more forcible means," Tanaga's bodyguard threatened.

When Prince Alexander saw what was happening, he immediately ordered his bodyguards.

"What are you waiting for! Just beat him already," Prince Alexander ordered as the two bodyguards approached Tanaga's bodyguard.

When Prince Alexander's two bodyguards heard the order, they didn't hesitate to attack Tanaga's bodyguard.

Moments later, the two were lying on the floor, and both of them were unconscious, not to mention embarrassed and terribly scared.

"I apologize for the incident, but I had already warned you before I did what I had to do," he apologized before entering the three who were already sitting inside the restaurant and had already begun ordering their meals as if nothing happened.

Prince Alexander couldn't believe what he saw. Tanaga's bodyguard had easily beat his two bodyguards. He was amazed by the man's skill.

Instead of being angry with what he did, Prince Alexander wanted to find out who hired this bodyguard and if he could teach his own bodyguards how to protect themselves and their boss properly.

But if only he knew what was going to happen next...
