37 Hidden Arrow
As the lifeless body of the Goblin Chief crashed to the ground, a sudden sense of victory was replaced by an equally sudden sense of danger.

Korig's instincts kicked in, and he swiftly grabbed Aurora, pulling her behind the crumbling remains of a fallen building.

Peering cautiously from behind the rubble, Korig's eyes scanned the desolate cityscape, searching for any sign of their mysterious assailant.

He couldn't help but feel a pang of frustration.
They had been so close to defeating the Goblin Chief, and now their hard earned experience points had been stolen from them.
"Take cover Aurora, We can't be sure if whoever did this is friendly."
With his keen perception, Korig tried to judge the trajectory of the arrow that had nearly struck them.
He knew that their adversary had the advantage of height and cover, making it difficult to pinpoint their exact location.
Just as he was about to make a daring move, he spotted a silhouette standing atop one of the decaying buildings.
It was an ominous figure, and Korig's eyes widened as he realized the tip of an arrow was pointed directly at them.
Instinctively, he pulled himself back behind cover, and the next moment, the arrow whizzed past him, missing its target by mere inches.
Korig's heart pounded in his chest as he considered the precision of their hidden foe.
Thinking quickly, he seized a hefty rock from the ground beside him.
With a burst of strength, he side stepped from behind the wall and hurled the rock with incredible force toward the silhouette.
The sun gleamed on the projectile as it shot into the dark recesses of the building where the enigmatic figure had been perched.
A tense silence hung in the air for several heart pounding seconds, broken only by the distant echoes of their recent battle.
"Korig! Watch out!"
Aurora, her analytical mind ever vigilant, suddenly shouted a warning to Korig.
Her eyes had detected the anomaly of yet another projectile hurtling toward them, and her instincts had kicked in.

The borders seemed to increase and the area seemed to decrease as the limits they had that was wide enough to call it a city was slowly narrowing down to the size of a town as every second ticked by.
Korig clenched his fists, a mix of frustration and determination coursing through him.
"We can't stay here like this," he whispered back to Aurora.
Aurora nodded in agreement, her analytical mind already at work, trying to decipher the enigmatic events that had unfolded.
