Chapter 11: “Don’t Come Here”

The boy’s tone was arrogant and definitely was going to upset anyone who heard it the first time. Hermione frowned, “Who are you?”

“Draco Malfoy,” the boy said slowly, emphasizing his Malfoy name intentionally or not.

“I don’t know you, so please leave.”

Hermione gave him a disgusted look. Malfoy narrowed his eyes and then showed a smug smile, “Understood. Are you a Mudblood? Well, being able to enter the school is already a gift for people like you, and naturally, you don’t have the right to pick and choose.”

“How dare you!” Although she didn’t know what Mudblood was, it was easy to think of it in combination with Malfoy’s later words. This was not a word of praise but more of an insult.

Sean stopped her from moving, then stood up slowly. Some wizards born are in Muggle families. The word Mudblood carries a sense of discrimination in it.

These titles are widely circulated among pure-blood wizards to show their ‘superiority.

“Malfoy? I’ve heard of this last name.”

Sean showed his smile. Malfoy glanced at him. Although the impeccable attitude of this boy made him a little uncomfortable, the fact that he had heard the name of his own family made him puff out his chest slightly. The initial instance of this chapter being available happened at N0v3l.Bin.

“As a Mudblood, I still have some knowledge.”

He responded. Sean bowed slightly, showing the etiquette that a nobleman should have, “Let me introduce myself; I’m Sean Wallup.”

Malfoy searched his memory, there was no Pure Blood family named Wallup in the wizarding world, and his eyes became more and more contemptuous. He is probably someone who wants to use his family’s status again.

Hermione’s eyes changed when she looked at Sean, and the disgust in her eyes flashed.

She didn’t expect Sean to act like this in front of Malfoy. Sean took out a handkerchief and quickly wiped his hands, “Don’t you remember? Our ancestors may know each other.”

Sean walked towards Malfoy, who had retreated into the corridor with a flustered face.

“Don’t come back here.”

Seeing Sean getting closer, Malfoy screamed loudly. But unfortunately, his mouth was completely shut by magic.

“Alright, alright. I’ll fix it for you.”

After the trio left, Hermione glanced at Sean with bright eyes, but she immediately said worriedly, “Are they all right? Would you be breaking the school rules by doing this? The school hasn’t even started yet. If the teacher wants to punish you, I must testify for you that they were the ones who started first.”

Sean smiled and spread out his hands, “I didn’t do anything; I just gave them a simple pat on the back. You’re right, we are not in school. So, what’s there to worry about?”

He didn’t panic at all, while Malfoy is someone with some prolific families, he didn’t care about it at all. After calming Hermione for a while, she started at his wand eagerly, “That’s a Quitening Charm, right? I’ve seen it in books, but I haven’t tried it yet, I’ve practiced other magics myself as well.”

Sean nodded, “The spell is relatively simple, so I tried it, and it was a success.”

“Have you practiced any other spells?” Hermione’s eyes were filled with curiosity. Sean thought for a while, then stood up and took out two empty cans of Coke from the suitcase.

“Why are you carrying that stuff?” As a daughter of a dentist, Hermione was confused for a moment. Sean winked at her, “To drink it, of course.”

He gave one to Hermione and then put the other one on the table. Sean cleared his throat and said thoughtfully, “Have you ever heard of a popular opinion about it?”

“What is it?” He pointed to the can, “Coke is better to drink when it’s cold. Though, it’s technically not wrong to drink it like it is now. But it’s just different and tasted better.”

Hermione, who was holding a can of Coke, looked puzzled. Sean took out his wand and pointed at the can, “Reparo.”

Sean opened the can and took a sip, “In this way, every sip is the greatest value. I love magic.”
