They slammed heavily into the creature that was lunging at him and due to the impact, Shang Xia frowned slightly before taking a step back.

The cultivator of the Azure Spiritual World burst into laughter before increasing his speed once again to advance ten feet closer to Shang Xia.

Sighing softly, Shang Xia seemed to blame himself for being overconfident.

After all, the opponent was at the same cultivation level as himself. They were both in the grand completion stage of the Martial Intent Realm and he was too naive to think that his first martial intent could stop the other side’s all-out attack.

By the time he realized that his opponent had entered his attacking range, he saw a giant palm condensing in the sky before it started to descend on him.

Raising his eyebrows slightly, Shang Xia muttered, “Are you from the Changbai Holy Land?” 

“Hehe, it’s too late for you to realize that now!” Shang Xia’s opponent snorted before revealing a haughty look. He didn’t seem surprised that Shang Xia managed to uncover his identity, but he seemed extremely confident of killing Shang Xia now that they were so close to each other.

“Well… It’s not really too late.” Shang Xia muttered as the Scarlet Star Spear appeared in his hand. He stabbed it straight towards his opponent.

The massive palm that was created from heaven and earth qi tore apart like paper. Before the cultivator from the Azure Spiritual World could react, a spear that was made from heaven and earth qi appeared right in front of him.

That was Shang Xia’s fourth move, Void Evasion!

“What the hell is that spear technique?!” The cultivator from the Changbai Holy Land yelled before retreating hastily. He released 12 palm strikes in a row before finally shattering the spear. He was forced back from the impact, and his fingers were painted a bloody red.
