Jiang Shao Cai retracted his finger, and the light blue aura hovered for a while before it went out suddenly. 

The room returned to the previous silence, and Jiang Shao Cai looked at his palm clenching it slowly into a fist.

Those who harmed him had better live a long life, so he could get back what they took from him.

The first night that Mu Yun Gui and Jiang Shao Cai lived together passed by the sound of the endless waves. 

Early the next morning, Mu Yun Gui was awakened by the noise of the siren. 

She was lying on the bed in a daze and was instantly awake when she heard another sharp alarm sound from the yard.

Did someone break in?

Mu Yun Gui jumped out of bed, hurriedly pulled her coat from the wooden screen, and ran outside the house.

Jiang Shao Cai stood in the backlight, dressed in full black, as if he had divided the dawn.

He was taller than Nangong Xuan, with a thinner waist and longer legs. He looked cold and beautiful in black.

Mu Yun Gui felt embarrassed to correct him.

When Mu Yun Gui approached the door, Jiang Shao Cai stepped aside and quietly watched her movements.
