"This…" Derek mumbled quietly, his voice filled with terror and his body covered in goosebumps, "...Is it really safe to stay by his side? He looks like a bloodthirsty Demon…"

Derek was shocked to the core at the sight that unfolded in front of him, and he was not the only one.

In fact, everyone except the three girls, who had been with Liam for quite a while by now, was baffled, frightened, and utterly shocked.

During the last few minutes, everyone witnessed how powerful and cruel Liam was. The newcomers of Liam's group began to realize what could have happened to them if they had acted just a tad more entitled, arrogant or insane.

If they had annoyed Liam just a bit more, he would have actually killed them.

While watching the massacre, the young woman who had unintentionally shot a crossbow bolt at Liam couldn't hold herself anymore. Her legs caved in and she stared blankly at Liam's bloodied figure while her hands subconsciously reached out to her neck to make sure that her head was still attached to it.

"I…am still alive…right?" She mumbled as tears splattered down on her dress. The other women shuddered as well, and they were exceedingly happy not to have said too much against Liam. It was good to be alive, that was for sure.

They looked pitifully at the woman who had shot Liam, but none of them dared to move and to get too close to her at this moment. Liam might take this the wrong way, and they didn't want to find out what he was going to do to them.

Only Olivia and the others approached the crying woman. They wiped her tears and tried to calm her a little.

However, the damage was already done. Watching Liam mercilessly tearing apart the SIlverheart Dwarves had been imprinted in their heads, and some of them imagined themselves getting torn instead of the Dwarves.

They swallowed their saliva hard.

"Derek, just for your information. If Liam hears you calling him a Demon, you will lose your other arm as well," Olivia said, looking up from her squatted position. She was still trying to calm the weeping girl.

Derek stared at Olivia, hoping that she was joking. Unfortunately, her expression was way too serious to have her joking around.

"Liam is way too handsome to be a Demon, in the first place. You should have seen how ugly the Shedim were. These Lesser Demons were truly hideous…grotesque and disgusting existences…" Jennie added, which caused Felicia to pinch her once again.

"Our Liam is handsome, isn't he~?" Felicia joked.

Jennie let out a tiny squeal after getting pinched in the waist once again, and she glared at Felicia, who returned her gaze innocently.

"Mylady, how may I be of your service?" Felicia asked innocently. Jennie squinted her eyes while her gaze rested on Felicia, who could not help herself from grinning wide.

"You think that he is handsome as well, so don't act like you don't!" Jennie retorted finally. She had had enough of Felicia's teasing and decided to reach for her cheeks, aiming for the little bit of baby fat on Felicia's face.

Felicia was too slow to react and she was forced to endure the same torturous treatment she had given Jennie not too long ago.

The others couldn't understand how Felicia and Jennie could be unbothered about the massacre they had just witnessed. It was not as if the bloody feast that had been unveiled in front of them was normal by any means.

The bad situation and image Liam had created of himself until now turned even worse when he removed all valuables from the Silverheart Dwarves before he used the Livral Orb to have them devoured at once.

Liam didn't pay much attention to the members of his group because there was a lot for him to do. He noticed that they had arrived by now, but Olivia could take care of them. She was good at leading the Natives of Haltan.

After removing the valuables of the Dwarven blacksmiths, carpenters, miners, and various other types of craftsman, their bodies were devoured, including the heads that had been removed, the arms and legs that had been ripped out of their bodies and so on.

Liam didn't really like leaving behind anything of value. He was in dire need of the Arcanium, and the Silverheart Dwarves were dead, either way.

If he could make a fortune from their hard work, why shouldn't he take it all? He had already killed them, it could hardly get any worse!

[The Livral Orb devoured 287 Adult Silverheart Dwarves.]

[Digesting the 287 Adult Silverheart Dwarves will require 10 hours. The produced Arcane Power will be stored in the Livral Orb's storage, and can then be used, or sold at will!]

He smiled lightly at the notifications he received and he started plundering the cavern village. First, he collected all belongings that had been worn by the Silverheart Dwarves. After that, he ransacked the village huts, the smithies, and other buildings.

There were a total of ten full sets of smithies of average quality. Liam collected them and put everything up for sale in the Early Birds Shop right away. His shop's exhibition slots were too few, which made it a little difficult to sell everything at once.

Fortunately, Liam didn't have to rush things. He stored most goods in the Storage Rune but quickly noticed that the storage space of the Rune was not big enough.

He retrieved the Livral Orb and accessed the Arcane Power that was hoarded inside.

"Sell Arcane Power worth 5,000 Arcanium!"

[Sufficient Arcane Power has been detected. Please confirm the transaction!]

"Just do it!"

[Transaction has been completed, and 5000 Arcanium have been added to the balance of the host!]

"Upgrade the Storage Rune with 5,000 Arcanium!"

[The storage space of the host's Storage Rune can be expanded. Is the host willing to spend 5000 Arcanium to expand his Storage Rune? Please confirm the transaction, if the host is willing to expand his Storage Rune's space!]

"Confirm!"

[The Storage Rune's space has been expanded. 5000 Arcanium have been deducted!]

"Thanks a lot!"

The expansion of the Storage Rune's space was completed easily. He felt a slight tingling sensation on the back of his hand, but that was already it.

There was more than enough space to store most goods.

Thus, Liam could avert his focus to something else, something much more important.

He turned over to the newcomers of his group.

"Now…what am I going to do with you guys?"
