Chapter 475 Change

Chapter 475 Change

With a single step, Arthur reappeared Brussels, the European capital from which he had left.

The change in the city was quite a shock to him because for him it was not the same anymore.

Many cars were flying where and he saw magus in various locations. Some jumped from building to building and some flew directly in the air, indicating that they were Official Magus.

What was most surprising to Arthur was that the spiritual energy here could now be said to be quite dense.

Arthur guessed that it was all because of his breakthrough.

With such dense spiritual energy, even without anyone share spells, some people would still have magic due to the uniqueness of their bodies which then evolved.

"Mm!" Arthur was dumbfounded as he saw a large screen in a building that was broadcasting a news story with the title.

(The President's press conference!)

Then, the feed moved to a conference table.

From behind the table, three women came.

One appeared to be in her early 30s while the other two appeared to be in their late 20s.

Each was very beautiful, but the woman in the middle who looked to be in her early 30s really made an indescribable impression. The source of this content nov(el)bi((n))

Her hair in a neat bun, she was wearing formal trousers with a blue shirt that was ostensibly formal but combined fantasy and futuristic culture.

Her green eyes looked cold, easily intimidating everyone who saw her through the screen.

Arthur of course recognized the three women.

The one in the center was Isabel while the other two were Carla and Bella.

Both seemed to be working as her assistants.

Apparently, Isabel had now become the President of Europe, leading the country to become one of the great powers that no one could underestimate, not even those from the continents of the Independent Dimensions.

Arthur could not help but take out his cell phone but found that it was completely dead.

He ended up looking for a new cell phone from a cell phone shop.

Nowadays, every cell phone is really advanced, completely futuristic technology.

Arthur could still use it and he went straight to the internet to learn about the current geography.

On earth today, there are four great powers. Europe, America, China and Japan. The latter is led by their Queen who has not married until now.

America is still a democracy with various political forces.

Until now, it has been the same country, controlled by global elites who seem to be aided by beings from the underground.

Isabel, who is the current ruler of Europe is President for life.

She will not be replaced unless she wants to stop being President.

This is not just because she has the greatest magic power, but tremendous influence.

It is said that she has an extremely terrifying agarwood tree army, feared even by outsiders.

She also has several giant beasts guarding the northern coast of Europe, almost every week fighting with a mighty dragon that lives there.

Plus, large corporations such as the Aura Company which had the absolute greatest wealth fully supported her.

Many parties wanted to replace her, backed by extraterrestrials, but none of the schemes worked.

"Ohh..." Arthur was a little surprised when he heard Audrey's words.

He couldn't help but check his cell phone again, writing her name.

And as it turned out, his name was really on the internet.

He was considered the ruler of magic, the one who taught Isabel and the others magic.

The reason they are as strong as they are now is because of him.

The phenomenon 20 years ago was also said to be because of him.

Some people said that he was just a fictional character created by Isabel and others to boost the spirits of the European people, that there was still a very powerful being behind them.

Which one is true is unknown until now except for those who knew Arthur.

After reading that information, Arthur smiled wryly.

"Yeah, I did train in these 20 years," Arthur said, not denying it.

"So you disappeared just to practice..." Audrey smiled wryly. "I bet you don't know how much turmoil there is on earth."

"I do," Arthur replied. "But everything should be fine, right?"

He looked around but found no remnants of the damage.

With his current observations, he should be able to see that there used to be severe damage here.

Perhaps the turmoil Audrey was referring to was limited to the turmoil that created a stir but did not reach the point of chaos that caused major damage.

"That's because the President is working well," Audrey replied, looking at Isabel in awe.

At this age, the woman really looked fully mature, she no longer had any signs of a young girl whether it was in terms of appearance or personality.

"How about you, have you been doing well so far?" Arthur asked her, inquiring about her life.

Audrey smiled slightly as she heard the question.

After that, she looked up at a building not far away, a building that was so tall that it seemed to suppress the other buildings.

20 years ago, there was no such building in Brussels.

It seemed that it was Audrey's.

"Lots of twists and turns, but overall I'm fine," Audrey replied.

"I managed to take care of my family business, make it much bigger and have a very talented daughter."

She looked at her daughter, smiling wider.

She was obviously proud because when Arthur observed the little girl, he indeed found that she had an amazing magical talent. She definitely had a great future.

It's just that, Audrey is not a magus, she is still an ordinary human.

"What about Raymond?" Arthur changed the question.

When asked about it, Audrey glanced at Arthur's eyes strangely.

She then shook her head.

"We did get married, but only about a year later divorced. He has become quite a powerful magus and is quite arrogant. He occasionally shows up in this city, but it's been a while since I've communicated with him. He has many other women out there."

When explaining about Raymond, Audrey was completely calm, as if it had not caused the slightest ripple in her heart.

Perhaps in her eyes now Raymond was just the past.

The romantic things between them really did not exist, she had forgotten completely so that even if she were to talk to him, she would not feel any romance.

"Mom, who is this uncle?" Audrey's daughter suddenly asked Audrey, looking at Arthur curiously.
