Epilogue (Volume 3)

The situation with the black crows and their secret bases lasted longer than expected.

In fact, it lasted almost the whole month of March.

It was a long time as of course, the palace interrogated us.

Duke Luinberg, Cid and myself agreed not to say anything about the demon king, they didn't know it was either. We agreed because we didn't know how to explain it.

I still don't understand how he got to the mainland?

Hopefully he won't show up again.

"Hey, your turn."

As we finally finished destroying secret bases, we were returning home.

The trip was long and boring, so I asked Cid if he wanted to play cards.

We were also joined by capture targets.

Since we've been together for weeks now, my hatred for them has diminished somewhat, in fact, I'm envious of Jake.

"You can do it young master!"

"Don't give up!"

"Courage!"

"..."

This boy had behind him a group of beautiful maids cheering him on.

He was flushed with embarrassment.

We were all together in the same rest room.

At the other end of the room were the dukes.

"Nyahaha! With this, we have reduced crime the bastards. Our territories will be safe and the capital will have reduced their malice a bit."

"You look very happy Randy."

"Fahren, you're already drunk, stop drinking."

"Shut your mouth four eyes. Let me drink all I want."

The Dukes were already carrying four bottles of wine.

Jake's father enjoyed drinking the most.

"We certainly rid the country of the scum, but that's no good. as long as we don't know who's pulling the strings from the shadows, it won't do any good. we may have slowed down their dark plans somewhat, but as long as the lawless city exists, it won't do any good what we did."

They all stopped smiling and their glasses lowered.

That subject no doubt depressed them greatly.

"The lawless city, the only part of the whole empire where the palace's control doesn't reach."

"To make matters worse it is located in the Granville Duchy. It's unbelievable that a duke would be involved in sinister things."

"The worst is not that. My grandfather told me that since fifty years ago a mysterious black tower was built in one night that reaches to the sky. That tower is responsible for increasing cases of crime all over the country."

They picked up their drinks again and placed them on the table all at once.

"The night king Gerhardt and his watchdog, the one-eyed tyrant king. No doubt they are the reason why no matter how many knights or assassins we send, it's impossible to infiltrate that tower."

Suddenly, Jake's father looked up and saw us.

How scary.

I went back to looking at my cards.

"Royal flush. I win." Oscar said.

I threw down my cards because of how upset I was, Cid was too, and Jake started crying.

It was the tenth time it had happened.

"By the way Bartlet."

Oscar called me, I looked at him sadly hoping he wouldn't humiliate me anymore.

"I... I want to apologize to you and Rosenberg."

Oscar looked melancholy as he looked at the table with scattered cards.

"In these weeks of being with you, I realized that I was very foolish. I was certainly trying to befriend His Highness Regulux, but I didn't think through what he did. I think he's a little remorseful too."

Oscar's words were honest, the strange thing was that such honesty only emerged after he had been caught in the game....

Don't tell me!

"If we're talking about honesty, I should apologize too. I didn't think about her condition or trying to stop him despite being my friend, so, tell your fianc I'm sorry."

Jake looked to the side as he spoke to me, his face red.

"Kyah! The young master has grown up!"

"It makes me so happy that he's learning from his mistakes! He will grow into a great man no doubt."

"The path of the young master's redemption to be an excellent duke has begun!"

"Shut your mouths, it's shameful what you say!"

The maidservants touched Jake's cheeks and he blushed.

I, on the other hand.

"...I won't forgive you."

I vowed not to forgive him.

"I won't forgive a bastard who has his own harem of maids!"

"Huh?"

"You damned bastard! How dare you show off your childhood mistresses to me! I'm jealous, I too want to have maidservants to pamper as a child!"

"Hah! What the hell are you talking about?!? They're not-"

"Kyahh! They see us as the young master's mistresses, it makes me happy!"The source of this content nov(el)bi((n))

"In that case I'll be the main one because I'm the eldest."

"Nirvana onee-sama it's not fair! I'm the one who bathed him since was a child so I'm the most suitable one to be the main one!"

When I woke up I was on the floor.

My body ached because there were four people sleeping on me.

Evelyn was sleeping by my legs.

Celia on my abdomen.

And my girlfriends on my face.

Two pairs of soft breasts were on my face, but despite the pleasant feeling, the oxygen was not circulating well.

I couldn't move.

I wanted to ask for help.

The door opened, as usual when I woke up.

A maid came in, but this time it was someone unexpected.

"Young master, it's time to-"

It was the head maid, Cordelia.

A beauty who wears glasses and possesses two large bags of flesh resting on her chest.

As she entered, her skirt covered my face.

It was only a few seconds, but I got a look at paradise.

She wore white pantyhose and her underwear was black, a wonderful sensation.

Noticing my body on the floor, she averted her face to mine, I couldn't greet her as she screamed so loudly.

What a good morning I got.

After being lectured by her, I came to have breakfast.

The girls were in the bathroom.

They seemed to have become closer since I left and left them alone.

Cid was with me.

I ate my scrambled eggs with bacon while he read the paper.

The ad was about a strange medicine that was being manufactured in secret.

I took a few of them, it was a red pill, I sent it to Amy for analysis.

Suddenly, Glenn called me while Cid said something strange.

"Apparently yesterday forty murders were committed in different places in the capital."

"Young master, a friend of yours wishes to see you."

I ignored Cid and focused on Glenn.

"Friend? It must be Cliff or Derrick."

"Tell the guardian to let him in."

"Got it."

I turned back to Cid who was reading that news story in depth.

"It says the cause of death was the same, a hole in the stomach. The last victim was a student at the academy in a bar."

"He was a student? How sad, but how was something like that possible?"

The doorbell rang.

It was still early for Cliff or Derrick to arrive.

Even running couldn't get there that fast.

Glenn headed for the door.

"According to this, the student's name was Gunter."

"Huh?"

(Does that name sound familiar to me from somewhere?

"Young master, your friend has arrived."

"Huh? Sure, come on Cid."

We walked to the door to see how it was that one of these two guys arrived. Come to think of it, did I ever give them the address of the mansion?

When we set foot in the living room to see our friend.

"If I may say so sir..."

We both froze.

"His attire is an unusual one in these parts."

"Even those horns on his head, the garb these days is unique."

Glenn was speaking formally to a mystery person.

It wasn't Cliff or Derrick or the Dukes.

This person was one I never expected to see again.

My mouth moved to say something, but the words wouldn't come out.

Cid was sweating, I was sweating too, as the man in front of us was the one and only unforgettable....

(What is he doing here?)

Desmond, the strongest and most dangerous demon king.

At this point, escape is the least possible option of all.
