Chapter 466 The Last Titan!



Uranus's strong emotions brought a pause to the Cataclysm.

Temporal power erupted and everything stopped.

All the warriors, all the Space Bugs, including Legolas, Champion Onana, and even the Bug Emperor who was in the process of bringing an end to their lives, they all paused under the influence of the power of time!

"What is this?" Uranus was shocked.

This was when he noticed it, his hand was vibrating.

Looking down, he discovered that he was wrong. "It's the sword".

Memories flashed in Uranus' head. At the tender age of 5 when he broke all conventions and just awakened Super energy, he remembered his dad giving him a gift which was this broad sword.

'Uranus, you are a Titan warrior with a huge background'.

'This is a gift from your father, your biological father'.

'I promised him and now I'm fulfilling it'.

Uranus looked down at the sword even as the blood that already engulfed him drew in even more power. The next moment, an illusion appeared in the skies, projecting a once majestic Empire.

'The Titan Empire!' Uranus recognized it.

The next moment, the powerful temporal energy erupted again.

The Titan Empire materialized to life.

Lots of Titans did not come back to life, a single Titan came back to life. Wielding the same sword that Uranus wielded, this Titan with his red skin towered like a giant, the crown on his head showed his identity.

This was the Emperor of the Ancient Titan Empire.

He looked around at the current state of Planet Darvis, at the blood flowing everywhere, at the desperately fighting warriors most especially the Nak warriors, and finally the Bug Emperor.

"A Grade A Cosmic Beast, no wonder you were triggered so much…" The Emperor finally looked down. "My son".

"…" Uranus felt his heart skip a beat on hearing that. "Dad?"

The Emperor smiled on hearing that but his face soon turned grave. "I don't have much time so I will simply bestow unto you your inheritance".

"My technique is not strong enough to time freeze a Grade A Beast for long".

"As I bestow it on you, I will explain".

While Uranus watched, his father teleported beside him the next moment as he placed a finger on his head, then energy started being transferred into his body.

"I trust Legolas must have done his part and told you about our history".

"During the Cataclysm, I was pushed into desperation and was when I developed the forbidden technique of time pause".

"Of course, it's a half-hearted imitation of the legendary Time Control ability that all Titan royals had access to during our golden age in the stars".

"Using it, I was able to freeze corpses in time, it was my only way to at least preserve a semblance of the Titan race in the world even after I died".

"You survived the Cataclysm due to it".

"Using it, I was able to preserve the best parts of myself and my Generals including the relics of the Ancient Titan Empire for this moment". The tall Titan smiled. "I will bestow upon you Temporal energy and the technique of time".

He turned to look at the Bug. "I don't know if it's enough but this is the best that I can do, the rest depends on you".

"No matter what happens, know that I am proud of you".

"You are the Last Titan".

"I believe you".

"If you survive, travel the stars and seek the Time Control inheritance".

Crack!

A giant crack spread through the air the next moment, affecting the frozen time as the gigantic eyes of the Bug Emperor started moving.

His immense power enabled him to be the first one to start breaking out of the effects of time stasis as his power rumbled like a gradually erupting volcano.

"My time is up". The Titan Emperor smiled.

"Goodluck".

The time stasis shattered like glass!

Instantly, chaos descended as the battle continued like nothing happened. Most of them continued like everything was normal and they were not frozen by time, they had no idea.

While Space Bugs, humans, and Skyrims clashed, the Bug Conqueror's tail finally hit it's mark as it induced a sonic boom.

Legolas was flattened as he placed his body on the line to protect the others since they didn't have the same privilege as him, he died.

Instantly, Legolas came back to life as the Reincarnation Cycle kicked in.

Legolas' intervention prevented the Human King and Christensen from dying from that attack but both were now crippled and rendered unfit for battle as the scales of the battle further tipped in the favor of the Bug Emperor.

The confusing thing was that the Bug Emperor didn't attack instantly after his last attack as his attention became focused elsewhere.

The others may not have noticed it, but apart from the Bug Emperor, Legolas was the only other person who noticed what happened due to his system.

Uranus became a Grade C Titan but that was not all!

'You are the Last Titan!' This word reverberated in his brain.

This one was too powerful and condensed for Uranus to assimilate but he didn't need to assimilate it, he only needed to use it while it lasted.

This was the true aid from his biological father.

This incredible concentration of temporal energy converged together around him, temporarily empowering him as his energy levels rose exponentially.

From the Grade C realm, it went a level up to the Grade B realm and kept on increasing even as the Bug Emperor's attack came closer.

Uranus didn't just receive energy, he received a full inheritance, he received all the knowledge of his father, his Generals, and deep knowledge about the history of the Ancient Titan race including their reign across the stars.

Uranus was evolving both physically and mentally.

The incredible energy charging into him tipped him extremely close to the border of the Grade A realm, then it stopped at the bare summit, leaving Uranus with energy that equated to a Quasi-Grade A Super.

Just before the Bug Emperor's attack could hit, Uranus' eyes boomed with power. "Special Bloodline Ability: Time Pause!"

It was not the same all encompassing pause, all that was frozen in time was the Bug Emperor and his lethal attack, buying time for Uranus to counterattack.

"Special Bloodline Ability: Blood of the Burning Titan!"

The blood engulfing him converged on his sword, engulfing and turning the sword into a glowing and burning bright red sword.

"Special Bloodline Ability: Temporal Slash!"
