Chapter 175 Intermediate Summoner Class Knowledge- Naming Authority

After accepting Desert Gust and his teammates into his faction, Legolas led Blade to the collection library of the Hunter Union where they kept their class knowledges and their history books.

Legolas knew that there was a bigger and more secretive library with even more class knowledges, but he didn't pester his allies for it.

General Toothpick escorted him and his student into the library.

After about 2 minutes of walking through the library, they arrived before the shelf where the first basic Summoner knowledge was stored.

Legolas smiled on seeing this. "I already have this".

General Toothpick smiled. "There's more ahead".

A few minutes later, they arrived before another shelf that housed a basic Pugilist Knowledge. This was a Pugilist knowledge that Blade didn't have yet.

Once Blade expressed his desire for the class knowledge, General Toothpick smiled and walked closer. He pressed a few points in the shelf as the workers at the other end of the library immediately went to work.

In a few minutes, an alternate copy of the Energy Trainer knowledge was compiled and handed to Blade who took it with a smile.

From there on, they kept walking through the library, choosing the class knowledges that they didn't have yet. Blade got 3 Basic Pugilist knowledges before Legolas finally saw a Summoner class knowledge that he didn't have yet.

Legolas smiled as soon as he saw this basic Summoner knowledge.

The Distance Telepathy was tailored to enhance the telepathic connection that a Summoner had with his contracted beasts. In most cases, distance could hinder the smoothness of the connection but with this, the problem was solved.

While General Toothpick instructed the workers to compile a copy for him, like he was doing it out of curiosity, Legolas gently touched the book.

Instantly after he touched it, his virtual interface lit up a notification.

As soon as Legolas got his first basic summoner knowledge, a dam seemed to have opened as General Toothpick started igniting engaging conversations.

Like the expert that he was, General Toothpick soon led the conversations and turned it into a negotiation with the expert cunning of a snake.

Legolas smiled through it all as he already knew what the General was driving at. Blade soon discovered another basic Pugilist knowledge.

After ordering the workers to compile a copy, the General turned to look at Legolas. "So, what are your plans after leaving?"

"Nothing really serious". Legolas smiled. "I don't have a full proof plan but of course, I intend to be an adventurer after leaving the Hunter Union".

"There are so many things to see in our planet that I can't afford to tie myself down to one place, I'd have wasted my youth then". Legolas laughed.

"Haha". General Toothpick forced a smile.

"That doesn't mean my relationship with the Hunter Union will change though, I'm an adventurer, but you can also see me as a mercenary".

"I'm more than willing to keep on selling my knowledge and expertise to you. If I'm offered enough, I'll keep on giving you information about the Clown Society".

General Toothpick laughed. "That's if you survive to do that, you know, you're already at the top of the kill list of the Clown Society after your last stunt".

"They'll stop at nothing to kill you".

Legolas smirked. "Well, let them try, they won't succeed".

"I and my students, we're a tough nut to crack, we won't go down easily".

General Toothpick laughed, he tried other strategies to try persuading Legolas to stay but this warrior was just too intelligent for his own good.

Legolas was so experienced that he anticipated his words and easily maneuvered his way through them all, in the end, General Toothpick gave up.

"I wish you luck in your future travels and adventures".

"Thank you". Legolas's smile was wide and cheerful.

In the blink of an eye, Legolas succeeded in learning all 8 basic summoner class knowledges. Though they didn't directly increase his combat power, with all 8 of them, his techniques and unpredictability became more diverse.

The Beast Hierarchy knowledge enabled him to set up a hierarchy among his beasts, knowing about this knowledge was why he trained his beasts to see and take each other as brothers.

After setting the hierarchy, all his beasts receive more bonuses from his abilities like the Beast Integration and basic beast energy augmentation.

Following the hierarchy, the beast who became the eldest beast would get the highest bonuses and had a high chance of awakening a special ability.

The beast following the eldest gets the 2nd highest bonuses and has a medium chance of awakening a special ability.

All subsequent beasts get lesser augmentation bonuses in chronological order and they all have low chances of awakening special abilities.

As for the Beast-Master Synergy class knowledge, it improved the already incredible synergy in battle between a summoner and all his beasts.

In the end, synergy and understanding was the only way that a Summoner could take full advantage and use his beasts to their fullest potential.

After Blade got the copies of all 8 Basic Pugilist knowledges, they were led to an exclusive part of the library where Intermediate Class Knowledges were stored.

They were all stored inside one long shelf, and they had special protective glasses specially made by Fire Elementalists to protect them from theft.

Seeing the first 2 class knowledges, Legolas's heart was already skipping a beat as the dreadful reality that the headquarters of the Hunter Union had only the 3 Intermediate knowledge that he had almost came to pass.

When he eventually looked down at the last of the bunch, he smiled.

"I'll take the Naming Authority".

"Good choice". General Toothpick smiled then he turned to look at Blade whose eyes were already glued to the 2 Pugilist Knowledges.

Through his master, Blade already learned the first Intermediate Pugilist Class Knowledge. Unlike Christensen, he was not afraid of studying and actually had a great affinity to comprehending any Pugilist-related knowledge.

Blade's eyes constricted in joy. "I'll take the Combat God".

He made his choice with emotion in his voice, the Combat God Pugilist knowledge was the magnum opus of all Intermediate Pugilist knowledges.

It was the end goal of every ambitious Pugilist in Planet Darvis.

General Toothpick smiled as he ordered the workers to compile copies of the 2 Intermediate knowledges. As they were compiled, he turned to face his 2 clients with a serious expression on his face.

"These class knowledges were only given to the both of you".

"Other than you 2, only Christensen can have access to them".

"No one else can, exposing them is a crime of the Hunter Union punishable by death, we have our ways to know if you expose it to others".

"I know". Legolas also replied seriously.

A few more minutes later, he finally had his hands on his 4th Intermediate Summoner Class Knowledge just a few months since his breakout into the scene.

Legolas smiled as his virtual interface lit up.
