As the players held him, they jolted in shock as Legolas suddenly started shrinking. In just a few seconds, Legolas became a young and cute 15-year-old boy.

Prince Christensen's eyes widened in shock on seeing this. "Legolas?!"

Prince Christensen was not exactly a great thinker, but on seeing this scene, a lot of things went through his mind that confirmed some suspicions that he had but have been ignoring since due to blind faith in Legolas.

Though unlike Legolas's contracted beasts she would not die if Legolas died, she still could not allow Legolas to die on any circumstances.

"You 3 are humans, don't you know any herbs to cure him!" Lucky was anxious as she soon directed her ire towards the 3 humans.

Having seen Legolas perform miracles countless times through his knowledge of herbs, she now expected the same from the 3 humans but she was up for a big disappointment as all 3 stared at her helplessly.

Prince Christensen could only cry as he hugged the little 15-year-old boy. "Legolas, please don't die".

"I have no once else to run to if you leave me".

Unknown to them, while they mourned and worried, Legolas already regained some color in his face as mysterious changes went on in his body.

Unknown to them also, Akela also fell asleep at some point already. 2 of them seemed to follow Predator's lead through their soul connection.

Even with all the wolves that would soon become part of his herd, fighting against the swordmaster and his subordinates and surviving was not guaranteed.

With his 2 contracted beasts becoming Grade D beasts now though, his chances of success increased significantly.

As for his grade level up mission, he could also finish it now and become a Grade D superhuman since he received a mission completion card after completing the mission of saving Mr. Keane's life some time ago.

He didn't use it though. With Predator's genius that led to this favorable situation, he was now confident of killing the freak swordmaster.
