Chapter 44 - Dream

The next following day, NiNi shot her movie in peace. No one dare to show their dislike directly after the devil show up.

However, one of the minion still tried to against her under the cover, but she didn't dare to talk to NiNi again.

NiNi also didn't waste her time on Yue Lan, she put all of her energy on acting. Slowly everyone that doubts her acting starts to cherish her. They also can't resist NiNi's charm, which is make people dote on her.

Wang Kai assists a manager called Fei Fei. She was strict and discipline person, NiNi was honestly afraid of her. Wang Kai totally got her this time, she didn't even dare to play phone when Fei Fei forbid her to.

But Fei Fei was strict in a nice way, she is a talkative person. For short NiNi get another mom.

However the new problem arises now. NiNi taught when she got a boyfriend her mom will stop nagging at her. But it's getting worse! Her mother and aunt Wang constantly call her once a day to ask about her relationship.

NiNi was dumbfounded. She had to face the mommies' squad alone while Wang Kai totally disappears in thin air.

No text, no call, no meeting. Literally that guy is gone with a wind.

It was 2 weeks already and she had to endure the suffering alone…

She even have to lie several time when the mommies ask her about Wang Kai. This price is too much to bear…

The movie has passes the school's scene and began the hard part for NiNi. Naturally she just had another quarter of the scene, since the focus was now Da Ren.

"NiNi after this you're going to acting class for 2 hours then we're finish for today." Fei Fei said as she check her phone. NiNi nod nonchalantly as she reading her script trying to get the Song Ming Xi she wanted.

This character is complicated, She can't show expression from her face, she have to learn to communicate with eye. Is that even possible?

What would you feel if you once stand on the top then suddenly you don't have anything, even rationality?

"Fei-jie what would you feel if suddenly you left with nothing?" NiNi ask suddenly as she stare blankly at the script.

"Hmm… I probably Cry all day long and suicide." Fei Fei think for awhile then answer NiNi. "Are you studying your character?" she ask.

"Yeah, how would you feel if you want to cry but you can't you want to die but you can't too." NiNi ask again.

"Aiyo, your question is too heavy. Why can't I die? There's nothing left for me, Why should I keep living?" Fei Fei answer without thinking.

"Indeed, why my character didn't choose to die instead? Why doesn't she attempt suicide? She still smart enough to solve chemistry question, that means her brain is still working. But she didn't try to kill herself." NiNi talk to herself as she getting to know her character.

Why???

Why the writer decides to make her living like an empty shell? What the purpose?

"NiNi, let's go the van is arrived." Fei Fei said, wake NiNi from her thoughts.

"Oh." She answer and follow Fei Fei to her van. She thinks for all the way to her acting class.

What keep her alive?

Why she insist on keep going on?

NiNi read her script from the beginning to the end all over again. She ends up thinking about it all night, she even dreamt about it.

She dreamt about Da Ren and Song Ming Xi. However, the Da Ren inside her dream is not senior Alex. It was that man, the man that reject her confession.

She felt like it was a lucid dream. She know she was dreaming but she can't make her dreamt stop. She can saw how Da Ren or that man keep plestering Song Ming Xi or her. The way he make her falling for him.

Their promise and the accidents.

Suddenly NiNi know what make Song Ming Xi survived.

It was their promised that keep her alive, she promised to meet him. So she endures until they meet again and fulfill her promise.

So when she cried at the last scene, it was because she had fulfills her promise and dream.

She doesn't want him to hate her for not fulfilling their promise.

She can't fulfill her other dream to be the biggest chemist, so she choose to fulfill her simple dream. Knowing the dream she choose is gonna change that man world.

Da Ren at the end found many cure for incurable disease from chemistry. He fulfills her dream while she fulfills his dream.

So the emotions she must show is hoping. She have to show that Song Ming Xi that keep her dreams alive so she can survived. Show that there always a tiny dots of hope to reach your dream, to live your life the fullest.

NiNi wake up energetically the next day. Like she found the hope Song Ming Xi had, even with the tiniest problem, as long as she had dream she can survived.

She can show the world she can stand on the ground for who she is, NiNi. Not Guan Xiao Ni from the Guan family.

She can also fulfill 'their' promised.
