There were still four days before Saturday, so Jiang Ling was flustered for four days.

She was more restless than what she first expected.

In fact. She always felt that she was quite open about it in her heart. She also knew that in this era, it would not take a lifetime before sleeping with someone.

Not to mention others, the girls in her class had several boyfriends and there are often girls who talk behind her back, saying that they went to the hospital to take care of their unwanted pregnancy.

Finally, school ended on the weekend. Jiang Ling lingered for a while again, and then slowly moved out of the school gate when everyone was almost gone.

Lin Qing Kai stood with a few boys. His back was facing her and he wore simple cotton short-sleeved black sneakers. He looked clean and outstanding.

It was noisy. The cars that came to pick up the students kept passing by the roadside. It was already dusk, and the early summer winds was passing.

Lin Qing Kai laughed. “Let’s go,” he lazily put her schoolbag on his shoulder, “I’ll take you to eat delicious food.”

A few of the boys joked again, and a group of people walked along the road in different groups.

Whether intentional or not, they walked with distance from them.

The two were very close, and their bodies touched lightly from time to time. There was a ghost in Jiang Ling’s heart, and she didn’t walk too fast. She secretly looked at the arm that was touching his, and looked at her schoolbag on his shoulder.

“Lin Qing Kai.” She whispered.

Lin Qing Kai turned his head. Jiang Ling was full of courage and wanted to try and hold his hand. When he saw it, the hand that stretched out a few times, and then pulled at her schoolbag’s belt embarrassingly.

“It’s nothing…”

Lin Qing Kai smiled. “Come on.” He raised his hand, the palm facing up.

Jiang Ling quickly glanced at him and carefully put her left hand on his.

She held it with her fingers.

Just at the front, a boy turned around and yelled: “We’re turning here?”

Jiang Ling wanted to withdraw her hands in an instant, but her hand was squeezed by him.

Lin Qing Kai didn’t hesitate to change gesture and intertwined their fingers,and answered him: “Yeah.”

The skin at the root of the finger is very thin and slightly sensitive. Jiang Ling lowered her eyes to look at their clasped hands, and there was a slight ripple in her heart.
