Chapter 28 - 28. Tutorial Village

The lessons continue and several students seem to make a good progress in their training. Before the lesson end Albert also successfully gain a new skill.

-Gain new skill Sound Transmission-

With his new skills, Albert successfully establishes a new way of one-way communication that he could use utilizing his zither. He plays with it for a while commanding Luna to slither here and there and tried to prank James and Kana a couples of times. When he initially success he can only send a few word massage but at the end of the training, he successfully sends a full-length sentence massage using a single note.

Albert made a leap of progress in his instrument mastery but his level and general made no progress whatsoever. His HP made a small recovery in this 2 day and it makes him really excited to be able to walk again. Alice did not gain any skill in the end but still make a tremendous amount of experience in this skill application class.

Kana fails to make any significant breakthrough after 2 days made her a little bit down. Anna and Alice tried to cheer her up every now and then but she just smiles quietly. James improves the most among his group while Anna made a little to no progress due to her high level.

The group stays at the school to train a bit longer before they are told to head home. The school has to be emptied as the goverment would start installing a bunch of machines for Project New World.

The next day the whole school gathers in the auditorium for another morning assembly. All the students are really enthusiast after learning that they would step their foot into the New World today.

"As you already know today is the day that you will dive into the new world. Now some of you already know the place that you would spawn is not exactly the main world rather it's a copy for you to try to learn basic and everything. You'll be spawned in a tutorial village and you can teleport to the main world after you finish the tutorial."

"You can hang in the tutorial village until you're level 10 in which you will automatically teleport to a various city in the main world. You can choose where you'll be spawned but beware as some cities are more dangerous than others. Most of you would start in the same tutorial village while others who already registered under another village would spawn in their respective village."

"Bare in mind some of the people you meet in the tutorial village are the native of the world which volunteer to help in this project. Don't sow discord and try to be polite as they are intelligent beings and not an AI."

"As you diving into a new world for the first time you'll experience some dizziness and nauseousness and that's normal. You'll get used to it as you go back and forth within the game world and earth. Each village would have 1 or more instructor dispatched to help you with your question; Listen to them and try to stay in a group of at least 3 people. That's all for now, good luck."

The principal than divide students into 20 groups and ask the school personnel to lead them. Albert's group is assigned to a class on the 1st floor of the main building.

Along the way, Anna told them that she won't be at the same tutorial as the group because she already registered in another village. Alice is a bit bumped out because of it and asks the instructor whether would it be possible to register in Anna village or transfer to her village.

"It's possible but unfortunately it's not viable; The problem is because of the influx amount of new evolver it would be hard to sort of that kind of request. It can take days may be weeks before they approve such a request. By that time you would already 1 to 3 levels behind the entire village and lost many good opportunities and quest."

Anna advice Alice to just stick to the school arrangement and meet her after they finish the tutorial. Anna is already level 8 and by the time the school approves the request, she may already finish the tutorial. Hearing that Alice is on fire and eager to level as fast as possible.

The group is divided further as each classroom can only accommodate 10 people. Inside the classroom 10 sleeping pods replaces a bunch of students seat that usually there. The pods are hooks to a bunch of monitors in the back of the classroom where they can monitor all the students together.

The instructor assign 1 student for each pod and teach them how to operate it. Albert follow the instruction and scan his comlink before James helps him lay flatly inside the pod. The instructor that Luna can join him inside the pods and so she starts to slither and mingle in the pod with him.

Albert stares at the white ceiling for a minute before his consciousness starts to fade as second pass by. When he opens his eyes, He was sitting in the middle of medieval the village with peoples stands all around him. The combination of wood and stone houses surrounded by a wooden fence and thick forest behind it really gave a peaceful feeling.

Before anyone can admire the surrounding a round of dizziness starts to kick in. Making peoples around Albert start to fall to the ground holding their head and some even throw up. Lucky for him, He spawned along with a wooden wheelchair so he gets the luxury of not rolling on the ground.

Minutes pass by and peoples are started adapting to the new surroundings. Students start to search their mates forming a small party together. James, Kana, and Alice approach Albert as he was easy to spot due to his wheelchair. Mr. Hubert happens to be the instructor assigned to the village and he arranged an assembly to brief the students about the tutorial village.

The medium size village can home approximately 300 peoples. Butcher, Tailor, Blacksmith and many more various works occupations are spread around the village. The village square is filled with young foreign people that just got teleport here 5 minutes ago.
