Chapter 446 - Ten Centimeters Part 5

*UNEDITED*

"You misunderstand even now. Well," Lyn sighed. "I guess there is no need to say that."

Say what? Either way, Rhys had to admit this position was awfully tempting. He hesitantly brought his arms around her waist. "Don't you have meetings to attend to?"

"Mmm, I have a lot. But I need a break."

"You keep avoiding Kazuya. You okay with that?"

"Well, I have to put on a good act. Those people are watching us very carefully."

"An act huh," Rhys mumbled. "What if I take this seriously?"

"Then I will deal with that when the time comes. Ah hey, twelve o clock."

At that comment Rhys briefly looked over at where Lyn was pointing to. From the corner of his eye he saw a man wearing odd clothing. Rhys sighed, 'So that's it, huh?' Well, it's not like this deal is bad for him. He scooped Lyn up in his arms and brought her back to his room. He carried her across not bothering to lock the door. Rhys placed her down on the bed and brought his lips towards her neck.

"Work with me on this. Do you know how to..." Rhys didn't know how to explain it to her. He always saw Lyn as an innocent girl after all.

"I know."

Rhys hesitated but that hesitation disappeared when he heard the sound of approaching footsteps. He yanked off the ribbon around her waist loosening her robs. He parted her legs slightly and rested his heavily tatooed body on hers. Lyn's arms went around him and his gaze softened.

'She knows what to do huh?' This little girl is truly playing with him. If she wants to continue this little game then so be it.

The steady sounds of her heavy breathing only made Rhys want her more. He locked her lips with hers and started to kiss her passionately. He didn't understand what possessed him to do anything more than kiss her. Even then, all Rhys did was caress her legs a little.

Rhys stopped briefly to see her expression. The girl's eyes were wide and unfocused. Her tongue hung out as beautiful sounds escaped her lips.

'Wow..' Rhys wanted to whistle. She looks gorgeous like this. She really doesn't look sixteen. How can a sixteen year old girl look this beautiful? He captured her lips again and kissed her deeper than before. The way her tongue clumsily followed his movements made him chuckle. 'Does she think she can keep up with him?'

Rhys doesn't know how long he kissed the girl for. But the footsteps long vanished and yet he didn't stop until he saw the small droplets of tears forming in her eyes.

"Lyn..."

Rhys snapped out of his daze and immediately pulled back. He turned away from her and ran his hands through her hair. 'He went too far there.' Control yourself, Lyn is sixteen - almost seventeen. But she is still too young. He didn't think kissing her would have such a strange affect.

"How long has that man been following you?"

"Hmmm, he follows me for a few hours and leaves at this time."

'So this is why Lyn chooses to visit him during this time frame.' Well, now it all makes sense.

"Is that your sister's..."

"One of my sister's knights," Lyn nodded. He hears the sound of rustling and kept looking away. "Hey Rhys, I don't know how to tie this part.."

"Give me a break. If I look at you again I will do something."

"Your so fussy, well no matter..."

Rhys heard her struggling and sighed. He turned around and saw what the problem was. He tore the sash slightly for 'affect' earlier. So it was shorter and she couldn't tie her clothes properly. "That won't work no matter what. Wait, I will find you another one."

Lyn nodded. "Are you the aggressive type Rhys?"

"Quit saying things like that. Do you even know what that means?" Rhys snapped. He didn't want to get angry at her. However this is a bit too much now.

"I don't understand why your mad. Didn't you say I could ask you questions?"

Rhys sighed. "Alright, ask away." He took out his pipe and thankfully there was enough smoke inside.

"Do you like back hugs?"

"Well, I don't mind them but why are you..."

He hears dainty footsteps and soon finds a pair of arms around his waist. It felt comfortable, having Lyn burry her face in his back like this. He felt secure and most importantly, he felt loved. This girl is an expert at manipulation. However, Rhys can't say he dislikes that about her.

It didn't take long before he has the girl pinned down on the ground again. Heavy and hungry lips at her neck.

This is as far as he will go with her, anymore and she will get frightened. Lyn is stronger than he thought. She isn't your average naive Princess. But, she is still a sixteen year old girl. Rhys lifted his head up to look at her expression.

____________

Princess Lethia's Chambers

"Were they really doing it?" Lethia questioned.

"Yes mam." he placed the recording crystal down in front of her. Lewd sounds fills the air and her lips curve to a smile.

'It does sound legit.' But, what is this uneasy feeling she is getting? Is it this easy? Lethia observed her sister for a long time. Up till now the girl did not display weakness.

"Did you send it to Kazuya?"

"Yes mam."

Something seems wrong still. But for now the plan seems to be going well. Her thoughts broke off when the doors opened revealing a man with pale blonde hair.

"Andrew." Lethia addressed her brother.

"I was thinking we could have some tea together. Do you have time?"

Lethia nodded.

The servants prepared everything rather quickly. Soon she found herself sat opposite him on a round table across the room from her throne chair. Andrew sipped on the tea. There was something elegant about him doing this.

"These days you seem to be awfully occupied with something."

"It's the usual, I am the First Princess."

"That's true."

An awkward silence descended upon them and Lethia felt the atmosphere grow tense. Is he going to mention something about how she keeps targeting Lyn openly? The fiancée and even Zepher already came to lecture her. It wouldn't surprise her if Andrew does the same. Besides Andrew got up in her plans too.

"About Lyn..."

Lethia flinched.

"In the end your both my sisters. If you two want to go against each other, there is nothing stopping you from doing so."

Huh? That wasn't the reaction she expected.

"Initially I intervened because it's a bad thing, having family fight like this. However in terms of the Kingdom's laws, your fight is legit. Outsiders will simply think you two are fighting for the throne."

Lethia sighed, "I'm surprised you can look at it this way."
