Chapter 395: Explanation?

Chapter 395: Explanation?

"You can talk human, but this is the end, all of you are surrounded and nothing can stop the end of this world, No I will make sure that it ends with my own e-ugh!!" 'Seol-hwa' who was shouting with glee fell on her knees in the next second unable to control her body.

And it wasn't her alone, all of her group members were the same, they all stood still in place, they were already unconscious.

"There was a reason I had only put the people I met on the way here into a mild illusion that will break a little while after I passed them, and the very reason we dragged this fight for so long was to gather all of the people in your group in one place, Why else do you think I came in from the front door while letting them deliberately see me?" Haru said as he walked towards Seol-Hwa.

'It was simple, he used his King's attribute and this one also seems to have an interesting one it seems,' Hae-in had been keeping an eye on Dok-ja and she was able to narrow down his attribute to an extent, 'It surely has something to do with killing, since that is the only thing he had avoided doing till now.'

"Couldn't he have done it before?" Soo-young on the other hand no such regard and she killed people when she thought that she could be in danger, but Dok-ja has stuck to his no-killing-humans rules for a while now even risking injuries to keep this going, it was honestly the only thing that stood out about Dok-ja to Hae-in.

"Well, I guess there is no need for more words," Haru said, and what he did next shocked Dok-ja.

"Haru-ssi!!" Dok-ja even shouted since in front of everyone's eyes Haru's hand stabbed right into the defenseless Seol-hwa's chest while they could see the blood spraying. The roots of this story extend from novell bìn origin.

[Yu Jung-hyuk: ...No, he did the right thing.]

[Kim Dok-ja: Why are you saying that? There could've been a way to deal with the parasite without killing her.]

'Don't act like you are okay with this,' Dok-ja thought as having this happen right in front of her was really bad for Jung-hyuk, if Seol-hwa dies today it would surely weigh on Jung-hyuk's mind and that would make him want to regress even more.

Jung-hyuk may seem really cold and indifferent but the death of his comrades in each regression whether they were with him or not left a deep impression on him, which shaped his somewhat cynical personality and this just got worse as the novel went on since watching your loved ones die in front of you over and over on end wasn't something that would leave someone sane.

And the constellations on the other hand

[Many constellations are satisfied with this end.]

[The Constellation 'Abyssal Black Flame Dragon' is satisfied.]

[The Constellation 'Secretive Plotter' is watching the current situation silently.]

[The Constellation 'Prisoner of The Golden Headband']

[The Constellation 'Demonic Judge of Fire' is supporting your decision since it considers the safety of your comrades.]

But it would be a lie if Dok-ja said that he wasn't interested in what Haru did to get Antinus out of Seol-hwa even though he knew that it had something to do with what he did to her before.

"What's with you guys and always asking for an explanation? Can't you figure it out yourself?" Haru sighed and Soo-young blinked a few times. She wasn't mad, but she would've been mad if he actually did explain it since he always did ask her if she was dumb to be asking these questions.

'It was most likely his King's attribute again, he bypassed the level gap between them through that,' Soo-young thought that Haru using his King's attribute was able to go through Antinus's mental barrier.

But because of the difference between their level, he was only able to keep her in that state for a small period of time which is what he used to get her out of Seol-hwa's body using an extreme measure but...

'How is that woman still alive? That is the real question here.'

And it wasn't Soo-young alone that arrived on that conclusion but that seemed irrelevant for now since....

"Die, you shitty Human!!" Antinus attacked Haru with her stinger, it was so fast that even Dok-ja was barely able to catch a blur even then.

TING*

"Can you move?" Haru asked Seol-hwa after deflecting the stinger.

"I th-" But just as she was answering another attack from Antinus came towards them and...

"Too slow!!" Haru shouted as he dodged the attack after quickly picking up Seol-Hwa because if he had left her alone she would've been dead.

"She got my coat," Haru sounded irritated after he placed Seol-hwa down near Hae-in before looking at the back of his coat that was ripped by Antinus's claw, thankfully he wasn't injured but the main problem here was...

'We can't defeat Antinus, the gap between our stats is too clear even if she is suffering from the laws of probability at this moment, so....' Dok-ja knew that if things continue this way they wouldn't be able to stop the meteorite from hatching, so he called for his hidden ace.

Whooosh*

With a strong gust of wind, someone landed right in front of him, it was none other than Lycaon, the prince of the Imyuntar race which was one of the five ruling species of Chronos, and just like Antinus he was a Guide as well.

"Did you call for me Master?" Lycaon asked Dok-ja who just silently turned to look at Antinus and that was enough.

"What the hell do you think you are doing Antinus? Have you forgotten our mission? Why are you fighting against the humans of this world?"

"Mission? Keke! I didn't know we had such things," Antinus scoffed and Lycaon frowned.
