Chapter 330: Rest

Chapter 330: Rest

"So indeed, we did save you by doing this, is there anyone of you who would like to deny that?" Queresha looked around the crowd and no response came back.

'They are actually listening?' Dok-ja was shocked by that, it looked like Queresha had some sort of strange charisma that compelled people to listen to her words and consider them seriously. But that wasn't true for everyone as there were some who were enraged by what Queresha had said.

"What do you know?" One of them shouted.

"Yeah, you all have so much power, So you do not know what it is like," Another shouted in anger.

"This is Unfair," There was quite a bit of resentment in the hearts of some people, it isn't like they wanted to do it. They had no choice but to rely on the Landlord coalition for their safety or the other survivors would've fought them wanting to take their green zones.

"You had a choice to ask for our help as well, How do you think all of these people survived without a green zone? I am pretty sure you would recognize a few faces as well, these guys came up asking for help themselves since they had nothing else, you had that choice as well but you chose to stay down here and get extorted," Queresha shook her head pointing the everyone that came from the upper floor.

"Unnies shouldn't we stop Queresha Unnie?" Ji-ye whispered to Jin-ah, Alea, and Hee-won. The roots of this story extend from novell bìn origin.

"Let her do her thing," Hee-won shook her head.

"It would be better not to get involved," Alea said as Jin-ah agreed with her, if they intervene now, Queresha would surely going to scold them harder than what she was doing currently.

"There is still time for you to think now, if you do want to go against us, you are free to do so, And if you still want to complete the bounty there is the person you want, But I doubt you'll go after him considering where he is currently," Queresha just turned around and came back to the stairs without even glancing at the others again.

"Dok-ja and Hyun-sung, are you guys done recovering?" Queresha asked the two.

"Yes," Dok-ja said quickly.

"Yes Ma'am," Hyun-sung just stopped himself from doing a military salute.

"Then destroy the stairs, no need to worry about anything else," Queresha said to the two as they went to their respective places and broke off the remaining stairs.

BANG* BANG*

Hyun-sung was breathing a bit raggedly after using his stigma again. While Dok-ja on the other hand was also a bit shaky, he had just used the white star aura skill to strengthen his sword strike in order to break the stairs. He had no mana now.

"Come on Pil-du our job here is done," Haru laughed as Sang-ah pulled the two up quickly, they were the only ones who were remaining now and everything was done.

"I'll fucking ...kill you ...bastard," Pil-du's breath quickened as he was getting angrier by the second just looking at Haru's smile.

"You are free to try, just know that I've saved your life multiple times now and I have no intention of doing it again," Haru patted Pil-du's shoulder before walking towards his group with Sang-ah.

"Fuck," Pil-du cursed in anger as he stormed off with the Landlord Coalition members following him in a hurry.

"Ah, I am so tired," Haru leaned on the wall with a tired expression.

"Do you think anyone would seriously believe you?" Hee-won deadpanned as Haru Tehe'd.

[Got any leads about the one who made the bounty?] Dok-ja asked.

[It is none of my business, So, there is no way I am dipping my toes in this matter,] Bi-hyung didn't want to be a part of this.

[...You know the reason your channel got an expansion earlier, right?] Dok-ja had no choice but to bring this up.

[....Don't think that will work on me, I have no obligation to do this, I have already profited,] Bi-hyung said off-handedly. Even if he was able to increase the size of his channel there was no way he was going to do something like that.

[So you have no problem if he leaves the channel, right?] Dok-ja asked but he didn't get an answer for a while.

[.......Fucking hell, Ok Jeez, I'll try but no guarantees that I'll find it, A constellation that loaded surely wouldn't leave any tracks and if he did that means he is just that untouchable, Just make sure he doesn't leave the channel, Ok?] Bi-Hyung spoke quickly sounding a bit nervous.

[I'll try, but no guarantees,] Dok-ja said angering Bi-Hyung to the point of him cutting off the communication.

[The bounty scenario has ended!!]

"Well, now it is gone," The others were relieved since this bounty was off Haru's head now. Not that someone on this station would try to attack him, but it was still lingering in the back of their heads.

"So, what do we do now?" Hee-won asked since there wasn't much to do currently.

"Let's just rest here, we need to keep an eye on the monsters so that they don't find a way to come up," Haru said looking at the monsters below that were trying to come up since everyone was upstairs but due to the stairs being destroyed.

They weren't able to cross the big distance that was created by Dok-ja and Hyun-sung's efforts. But even then it would be better to keep an eye on them just in case.

"I see, then I'll go to sleep first," Hee-won didn't even think twice and went to sleep lying her head on an actual pillow she took from one of the shops back in Geum-ho.

Everyone in Haru's group had their own backpack which contained things they'll need on a daily basis, like a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, tissues, a change of clothes, a pillow, and even emergency food along with what they wanted to keep in there, as long as the weight did not cause any problems when they move or fight it was alright.

This was suggested by Queresha since it was a better way of doing things than just carrying everything together. This was much more organized and practical.

"Ok, Jin-ah Unnie tell me about the Battle of Namsan Tower," Ji-hye looked excited as she looked at Jin-ah and Alea with stars in her eyes.

"What are you guys talking about?" Hee-won's interest was piqued as she looked at the three.

"Well, in exchange for me helping you guys, I wanted to hear about the Legendary Battle of Namsam Tower, that was a battle that made Dae-pong girls high the strongest school in Seoul," Ji-hye seemed really excited over the topic.

"Oh, that sounds interesting, mind if I hear it as well?" Hee-won asked.

"Sure, but let me give you some context," Ji-hye explained for 15 minutes about why this event was important and how it led up to that.

Basically, the strongest school of each district meets at Namsan tower once a month, they all gather to decide the pecking order between them but there has never been a clear number 1 as it is an all-out fight between them.

This is where Jin-ah and Alea go to the meeting for the first time and that fight is called the Legendary Battle of Namsan tower by the students across Seoul. As it was a monumental event.

"So, why is everyone so hung up on a battle they know nothing about?" Hee-won titled her head in confusion.
