Chapter 48 - 48

Kriti still had fresh memory of that day when she tried to help her mother in their kitchen. it was festival season and she was tired of continusly hearing nagging of her mother.

at last, out of frustration listening words such as how Kriti being a girl should help her mother in kitchen, how at her age her grandma was already having child in her w.o.m.b and so much she decided to enter in kitchen.

ah, she still wanted to sigh thinking about how that beautiful day turned into destruction. it was good that no one was harmed, oh no their kitchen was!

from that day onwards her mother tried to teach her how to cook but everything was turned in vain, she remembered the day her mother was teaching her how to cook curry, ah.. that day she in her careless mood dirtied all gas and even platform in yellow.

jay was taking bite of his food when sudden silence from roshani made him looked at her, her face had ugly look as if she heard something unexpected and dirty.

"roshani??" lightly moving her hand with his he called her, but Kriti was thinking about how to avoid going inside kitchen at any cost.

she clearly doesn't want to repeat the history again, especially not here where no one would be there to clean up her mess.

"roshani? what are you thinking having such an ugly look on your face?" he asked lightly in joking manner when she looked at him.

"um.. jay I was wondering why not just let that topic go? see, there are cooking staff to cook food then why do you need me to cook then?"

a hint of doubt passed through his eyes but then he smiled at her and said, "why don't you love cooking? you even used to pack lunches for few of your office staffs. what happened now?"

she looked at anywhere but him, she was getting nervous on how to tell him that she is not same anymore. SHE DOESN'T EVEN BELONG TO THIS WORLD!

gulping mouthful of water she looked at him and said, "hubby, I know you missed eating food cooked by me and I know that you even felt little jealous that time when I was preparing lunch boxes for others but see I am not working there anymore. ╮(＾▽＾)╭ I promise I will surprise you with my delicious food."

leaning toward him she kissed him on his cheeks and then said,

"but hubby.. you still ruined my surprise( ≧Д≦)"

she made fake cry face which was quite silly in his eyes as he giggled.
