"How are the preparations?" asked the middle-aged half-elf with glowing swirling tattoos across his body, sitting on the wooden chair in the middle of a grove.
"We are steadily capturing the people. If we continue at such speed, we will be able to reach our target weeks before the deadline." Replied the woman, with thin wings.
Like the man, her body is also covered in those swirling shining tattoos.
The man nodded with a smile before his expression turned serious. "Our enemies seemed to have gotten a whiff of it and hunted our members," advised the middle-aged half-elf, but the women just smiled.
She didn't seem to be much worried about it.
"They might be hunting us, but they won't be able to stop us. We have been preparing for it, for over a thousand year and we will succeed," said the woman with confidence oozing from her voice.
"Just be careful. We don't want to make a mistake in our overconfidence," said the man after a moment of silence.

"Careful, careful," I said as I harvested an invisible herb.
It is a small herb, that would be invisible to the senses of even Sky Sovereigns. It is due to my abilities and sheer luck, that I could sense it.
Though, harvesting it is another challenge.
I can't remember shortly, that I had needed to be this careful while harvesting the resource, as I am right now.
It is really a challenge to harvest it in such a way, that I could plant it back in my core. Other plants are not these difficult with my expertise, but this one is.
Finally, after one minute and sixty-seven seconds, later, I am finished and sent the plant into my core, before walking out of the underground.
The plant is underground. It is why I said that I had been lucky to find it.
Soon, I walked out and resumed my journey.
A few hours passed, and I reached one of my mid-destinations. Seeing, I couldn't, but sigh and walked away.

I moved toward them, of course, I am going to deal against them. I have heard so much about these people and want to see if it is all true. It will be dangerous, but everything is dangerous in a place like this.

These cultists may be powerful, but they are cautious. They didn't want to make silly mistakes, which I don't want to do either, despite being very curious about their power.

Thankfully, I was able to control myself, before things became too late. Still, it is too shocking that my heart is still shaking from what I had just sensed.
I had never sensed it from another individual, and now I had sensed it in the power covering those people. Even books didn't mention it, which isn't surprising, seeing this topic shocking enough, that it shouldn't told to people of my level.
It is for the same reason; the organization hadn't told us about it.
I do not doubt they know about it; this power is clear enough that they should be aware of it, even if most couldn't sense it.
I pushed away those thoughts and focused on the enemy and the three people fighting. Looking at the body language of the four, they seemed to be getting ready.
Well, they should act as quickly as possible; the battle seemed to have reached its peak. The woman with metal skin had an advantage over the two beastmen and had a good chance of killing them.
The cultists don't want that; they want the people that are alive.
The fight between the three is intense, but I am getting a little strange feeling from it. Things aren't as simple as they seemed, and I tried to find out, but couldn't.
